Her latest interview lands after rumours swirled that Liam had turned to his ex-partner for advice.

Cheryl had reportedly been described as the “voice of reason” when it came to his romance with fiancee Maya Henry which has now ended.

It is claimed Cheryl spoke up with guidance as it was believed she had been worried his relationship problems had a “direct impact” when it came to their son.

An insider told heat magazine: “It was Cheryl, who was telling him that if he wasn’t happy, then he needed to ‘grow a set and speak out.

“She saw it as her responsibility to be the voice of reason, as Liam’s choices have a direct impact on Bear.”
