Emmerdale fans laugh at 'ridiculous' hacking plot as Priya digs dirt on Al

Emmerdale fans have been left laughing at a hacking scene during Tuesday’s episode, which saw Priya Sharma (Fiona Wade) log in to Al Chapman’s (Michael Wildman) accounts.

She was trying to dig up some dirt on him after she discovered from Debbie Dingle (Charley Webb) that he’d been two-timing the both of him.

Emmerdale spoilers revealed that Priya is set to slyly transfer money out of his accounts – and it seems she’ll have no issue.

She managed to get into his account really easily after she picked up his business card and used the name of the business as the password – “Chapman&Fletcher”.

Emmerdale viewers couldn’t believe how easy it had been for Priya to hack Al’s account and took to Twitter to share their views.

One said: “That’s a strong password Al!”

Another tweeted: “I love how she just happened to work out the password like that.”

A third wrote: “What’s the point of having passwords if they’re so easy to crack? Ridiculous.”

“With a password like that Priya should clean out his bank account,” another joked.

And a fifth added: “What a c**p password that is.”

Soon after, Priya secretly met with Debbie in The Woolpack, who asked her if she’d managed to get into his online accounts.

“It’s access all areas,” Priya told her, “email, browser history, bank accounts – we’re all over it.”

Debbie started speaking about their next move, but it turned out Priya had been thinking of something herself.

She told Debbie: “I’ve sussed out how to hurt him with maximum impact.”

Priya’s plan wasn’t revealed in Tuesday’s episode, but Emmerdale spoilers have teased a huge fall-out when they expose him.

Soon, Debbie suggests to Al that the two of them should get married and, shockingly, he agrees.

But Priya steps out from her hiding place and confronts him, with him then realising he’s been set up.

Things go from bad to worse later though, as Al returns to the Hop Office and Kim Tate (Claire King) accuses him of taking thousands from the company accounts.

How will Al move past all this cheating drama?

Emmerdale airs weekdays at 7pm, with an extra episode 8pm on Thursdays, on ITV
