Holly Willoughby flashes pins in slinky blue gown after finding 'perfect outfit'

Holly Willoughby is already mapping out the outfits she will wear once the lockdown lifts, trying on her new collection from Marks & Spencer in anticipation.

In a promotional post for the highstreet retailer this afternoon, the This Morning star, who turned 40 this month, worked a chic blue denim shirt-dress.

Planning to wear the casual frock for a lunch with her best pals, Holly modelled it before the mirror in her West London home.

Leaning one hand against the glass, Holly rested the other on her hip and gazed at the ground.

Featuring a belted waist, the midi-dress – which retails at £49.50 – fell to her calves, buttoning up to the neck in a collarless style.

Holly’s hair, which she has been dyeing at home during the lockdown, was swept to one side, grazing her chin in a choppy bob cut.

In her caption, she wrote: “Whilst daydreaming about what I’m going to do first post lockdown and the outfits I’m going to be wearing doing those things, I’ve found just the perfect outfit for lunch with my girls courtesy of this @marksandspencers denim number…”

The mum-of-three added: “Can’t wait!!!!”

With Holly’s fans heading in their droves to the M&S website, the comment section below was filled with compliments from her 7million followers.

“This is gorgeous holly I love denim on you,” mused one fan, and a second wondered: “Is there any style that DOESN’T suit you?? beautiful as always holls!”

Holly has long collaborated with the British retailer, creating capsule collections for the brand and appearing in their seasonal modelling campaigns.

Speaking to Hello! magazine in 2018, Holly admitted she has only grown into her sense of style in recent years, figuring out what works for her.

She told the publication: “It’s really weird. I like clothes – I’ve gone through a sort of rollercoaster with fashion really because I find fashion quite scary.

“I used to be quite intimidated by it. But yeah, I’ve got more into it and I think as I’ve got older I’ve got used to what does work and what doesn’t.
