I'm A Celeb's Danny Miller to 'quit ITV show' as fans spot major 'struggle'

I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! fans are certain Emmerdale actor Danny Miller could soon be set to quit the show after they spotted major clues he’s struggling with camp life.

Danny’s team are confined to the Clink after losing out on the first Bushtucker Trial and various challenges along the way to the castle.

But between football icon David Ginola’s snoring, the terrifying eating Trials, and the bare sleeping conditions in the castle, Danny looks like he isn’t coping very well with his I’m A Celeb experience so far – and fans are picking up on it.

He’s also recently become a father for the first time with fiancée Steph, as the couple welcomed a baby boy earlier this month.

Taking to Twitter, one eagle-eyed fan wrote: “Is it me or does Danny Miller look ready to quit and it’s only Day One? #ImACeleb.”

Fans reckon Danny could quit the show

Someone else posted: “Questioning whether he should be there… you slept in the cold. That’s all you’ve done – why TF are you on this show if [you’re] gonna want to quit after one minor thing? Please just save everyone the pain and quit now!”

As another slightly more kindly predicted: “Calling it now – Danny and his gag reflex is gonna be hilarious, and I think he may win! He has all likeable attributes. Missing his family is the only thing I can see making him quit. Calling it early.”

Heading into the second Bushtucker Trial – and an eating-based challenge at that – Danny admitted he was “petrified” by what could be in store.

He had to go head-to-head with Snoochie Shy from the winning camp, with the winner winning stars for their camp.

Danny admitted he thought the public would take pity on him if he explained how much he was dreading the food-based trials – but hosts Ant and Dec were quick to warn him that it would likely go the other way.

His fellow campmates could even feel him “shaking” as he received the news he’d face the Trial.

It comes after Danny broke down, announcing that he will be leaving Emmerdale after 13 years to move onto other projects.

Danny originally announced he would be quitting the soap after starring as Aaron Dingle for 13 years while speaking to The Mirror.

He explained that he was “very emotional” about his decision and that it had been a “big part” of his life.

Speaking about joining this year’s I’m A Celeb line-up, Danny said: “And so after lots of discussions, I’ve said yes! I’m A Celebrity is the biggest show in the country and I want to show people what I am like as Danny rather than as Aaron.

“It will be nice for people to see me not crying but having a laugh! I am a fun guy at home and I’ve been known as Aaron now for 13 years – it’s good to step outside your comfort zone.”

I’m A Celeb continues tomorrow night at 9pm on ITV.
