Judge Rinder hits out at Prince Harry during rant on Good Morning Britain debut

Judge Rinder has hit out at Prince Harry during a rant on Good Morning Britain.

Prince Harry was featured in a news segment talking about Twitter for not getting “back to him” over “misinformation”.

However following the comments, Judge Rinder said: “Prince Harry! What? I don’t understand at all.

“I mean Prince Harry, with the greatest respect in the world, what qualifies him more than anyone else at all?

“This was open source stuff. Maybe he should have got back to him but why should he have got back to him, because he’s Prince Harry?”

However, Judge Rob Rinder added: “I want to be clear, I like Meghan and Harry, her views might not be your cup of tea, fair enough.

“But my question is, if he’s worried about misinformation, what about the fact him and Meghan have taken a huge deal from Netflix and the misinformation about his late mother, Lady Diana, and they’ve taken millions of pounds.

“How is that OK, how is that consistent, or not ‘misinformation?”

Judge Rob Rinder’s comments came during his Good Morning Britain debut, which saw him host alongside his Celebrity Gogglebox co-star Susanna Reid.

The Mirror previously reported that he is one of a number of big name stars, who will be co-hosting the show with Susanna in what is being called a “super group” of presenters.

Stars also listed to host the popular ITV morning news programme include British actor and comedian Adil Ray, former director of communications for Tony Blair, Alastair Campbell, TV host Richard Madeley and Money Saving Expert Martin Lewis.

Judge Rob Rinder is confirmed to host Good Morning Britain again on Wednesday December 1, while former Shadow Chancellor Ed Balls will host for three days from Monday November 15 – Wednesday November 17.

Talking about hosting the programme, Ed Balls told The Mirror: “I always thoroughly enjoy being a guest on Good Morning Britain but I have a sneaky suspicion I’m going to enjoy hosting alongside Susanna even more.

He also said that while on a previous show, he and Susanna recreated one of his dance lifts from his appearance on Strictly Come Dancing, he “can reassure everyone that won’t happen again and my feet will be firmly on the ground.”
