Louise Redknapp has proved why Pilates is a great way to stay in shape as she showed off her tight midriff in sizzling new snaps.
Sharing an Instagram carousel with her 721k followers, the 46-year-old pop star showed off just how impressive her physique is.
Sharing six sensational snaps from her session at U Pilates Studio in Cobham, Surrey, she let her fans know just how amazing the class makes her feel.
Louise captioned the post: “I wanna see you STRETCH… After 3 years I went back to Pilates with one of my closest friends @sianmarshallpilates who is an incredible Pilates instructor.

“I had a fab time – not gonna lie it hurt a bit [laughing emoji] but felt good to be back… feel loads better even after just one session!
“Thanks Sian @upilates_studio [white heart emoji] Xxx”.
The stunning singer beamed as she donned a grey shirt and black leggings from the studio.
In a particularly impressive snap, Louise stretches upside down on a metal frame as she seems to do the splits with no regard for gravity.

Her blonde tresses reach down towards the ground as she makes the elaborate stretches look effortless thanks to her years of training with U Pilates.
Fans were floored with her incredible physique and impressive flexibility as she managed to balance across the metal frame with an easy grace.
One of her followers chimed in, saying: “Absolutely brilliant so beautiful and stunning keep it up Louise”.
