Actress Jennifer Aniston has stripped down to her workout gear for some jaw-dropping new snaps that show her training every muscle while on her yoga mat
Jennifer Aniston looks fit and flawless in her latest photoshoot.
The actress took to Instagram to flaunt her washboard abs as she performed a workout to welcome in the new year. She got down on her yoga mat and showed off the fitness equipment from Pvolve and performed a few yoga moves.
Jennifer reached over to one side of the mat as she kicked her leg high in the air and pointed her toes to the ceiling, both parts of her body tied together with a long white elasticated band.
She wore a pair of purple gym leggings paired with a lavender sports bra and a grey sweater tied round her waist.
The fitness enthusiast wore her honey blonde locks in long layers that perfectly framed her face as she posed with one hand in her waist band, the other by her side as she balanced a Pvolve ball in the crook of her arm.
Aniston is a big believer that you don’t have to suffer while working out. She recently told People: “No pain, no gain – that’s not true at all! You can actually have gain with no pain.”
Jennifer admitted that she “always had the message in her brain” that you must persevered: “You gotta do 45 minutes of cardio, then floor work, then weights….you can actually enjoy your workout, not break your body, and have an incredible transformation.”
“In all the workouts I’ve tried over the years, this one has transformed my body more than any of the others.”
Jennifer’s new snaps come after it was revealed the former Friends actress is Instagram official with her partner Jim Curtis. The blonde bombshell has found love once again and despite preferring to keep her personal life private, she took to Instagram to share a sweet picture of the pair together.
In a black-and-white snap, she hugged the 50-year-old hypnotherapist and transformational coach from behind as he grabbed her hands.
Jennifer captioned her post: “Happy birthday my love. Cherished.” She posted a red love heart emoji before Jim replied to the post to simply share an emoji face blowing a kiss of a love heart.
