Kelly Osbourne has made a shocking confession about her dramatic weight loss admitting she was left horrified when she realised just how thin she had become.

The TV star, 41, revealed she had “no idea” how much weight she had lost following the death of her dad Ozzy Osbourne until she saw a photograph of herself while trying on outfits.

And Kelly admitted the image left her terrified.

She recalled: “I looked like the f****** Crypt Keeper.

“I said, ‘This is scary. I didn’t know I looked like this’.”

The daughter of Sharon Osbourne and late Black Sabbath legend Ozzy said the weight loss had become so dramatic that “you could see every single bone” in her spine.

Kelly has previously opened up about struggling following the death of her famous father and admitted she was “so sick” while dealing with her devastating grief.

She has now revealed that those around her had become increasingly concerned about her appearance although she was unable to see what they could see.

The star explained that she was in “so much pain” at the time and simply saw “a broken person” when she looked at herself in the mirror.

In a bid to conceal just how gaunt she had become, Kelly even resorted to wearing a wig.

She said: “I wore a wig to cover my face, so you couldn’t see how skinny my cheekbones really were.”

Earlier this year, Kelly made a heartbreaking public appearance at the Brit Awards to accept a posthumous Lifetime Achievement Award on behalf of Ozzy.

But she has now admitted that, looking back, she does not believe she should have attended.

“I was scared”, Kelly said, explaining that she desperately wanted to support mum Sharon and pay tribute to her dad’s incredible legacy.

Kelly added: “But in all honesty, when I reflect on it, I don’t think I should have gone. I wasn’t very well.”

Kelly has since spoken about trying to rebuild her life following Ozzy’s death and says she is taking things one day at a time.

She previously admitted that a part of her had died when she lost her dad, saying everything in her life had changed.

But she did her best to hide her pain from three-year-old son Sidney, adding: “I didn’t cry in front of him; I’d walk out of the room.

“I always made sure that he was not exposed to inappropriate sorrow.”
