Nicola Peltz makes sly dig at Beckhams as Brooklyn left ‘furious’ at new posts

After David and Victoria Beckham shared snaps of Brooklyn for Father’s Day, Brooklyn has been left seething − with wife Nicola now breaking her silence on the ongoing rift

Nicola Peltz has taken a secret swipe at Victoria and David Beckham in a new social media post. It comes as the rift between Posh and Becks and their son Brooklyn rumbles on.

Brooklyn, 27, infamously cut off his parents in a brutal post on Instagram back in January. Since then, he has cut all contact with his family − including sister Harper, 14, who went to his home earlier this week to deliver a handwritten letter.

Tensions have flared up again since the incident, and were stoked even further when the pair posted snaps of Brooklyn in a tribute to David for Father’s Day. The incident has left Brooklyn “absolutely furious”, as he demanded to be “left alone”.

Now, Brooklyn’s wife Nicola Peltz, 31, has taken to her social media to share a cryptic post that could be aimed at her former in-laws. Posting the snap on her Instagram on Tuesday (June 23), Nicola shared a small post about forgiveness.

The post the star shared read: “I am in love with this sentence: ‘Forgive yourself for not knowing earlier what only time could teach.'” Brooklyn has not interacted with the post, nor have the Beckhams acknowledged it.

During Father’s Day, it emerged David, 51, had reached out to Brooklyn after he shared a snap of all his children when they were younger. In the post, David penned in the caption: “Being a dad is my most important job − I love you all and thank you mummy Victoria Beckham for giving me our beautiful family. Happy Father’s Day to all the Dads around the world.”

In her own post, Victoria gushed over what a good dad David was to their kids on Sunday (June 21). However, in Brooklyn’s camp, the posts are reported to have left him seething about the uploads, believing they are unable to leave him alone.

Speaking to the Sun, a source close to the photographer said: “He’s fuming about it. He’s asked them to leave him alone and they just keep posting him.

“It just brings the whole thing up all over again,” the insider added. “He wishes they’d leave it and leave him alone.”

However, Brooklyn has also referenced the feud himself after appearing in an advert for delivery service Door Dash. Promoting the app for the World Cup, Brooklyn had said he had no ticket for the match, adding: “It’s complicated.”

In the wake of the smirking Brooklyn ad, pals close to Victoria and David hit out at the businessman, saying Victoria was now “inconsolable” over the move. It is believed that Brooklyn was paid a huge sum for the ad, with rough estimates putting it around $1million.
