  • Report: Rihanna and Eminem's New Collaboration On the Way

    WENN/Instagram

Rumors of the ‘Love the Way You Lie’ collaborators’ reunion make their way around the Internet after Em’s marketing firm posts an alleged teaser on its Instagram Stories.
    Jul 28, 2020
AceShowbiz – Rihanna’s new album may still have a long way to come, but it doesn’t mean she’s not working hard in the studio. Words are the Barbadian songstress has been re-teaming up with Eminem to cook up a new song.
Words of the “Love the Way You Lie” collaborators’ reunion started to make their way around the Internet after Burn It Down Group, the company who reportedly handles marketing for Shady Records, appeared to tease the two stars’ new joint project. According to Pop Crave, on Saturday, July 25, the firm posted an image of Eminem’s trademark backward “E” logo woven into Rihanna’s “R” logo that was used on her “Rated R” album cover. The picture is accompanied by two sets of staring eyes.

Marketing firm posted a teaser of Rihanna and Eminem’s alleged new collaboration.
While the news has not been confirmed, fans can’t help feeling excited over the possibility of getting a new Rihanna song. “Ofc its with her that ‘R’ stands for rihanna omg the collaps thats about to be served I can’t wait,” one reacted to the news. Another wrote, “Love the way you lie pt 3 is coming we won.” A third user added, “omg b***h we get more rihanna.”
Some others, however, were not convinced that the image hinted at Rihanna and Eminem’s new music collaboration. Referring to her recently announced makeup line, one jokingly speculated, “it’s probably a make up line for MEN.”
There were also others who think that Rih would be doing “charity” in favor of Em with their rumored collaboration, considering that his latest album “Music to Be Murdered By” flopped.
Rihanna and Eminem first teamed up for 2010’s “Love the Way You Lie” that became a worldwide success, reaching number one in more than twenty countries globally. They later reunited for its follow-up “Love the Way You Lie (Part II)”, 2012’s “Numb” and 2013’s “The Monster”.

Elsewhere on the new song, the ‘Lose Yourself’ hitmaker touches on the novel coronavirus, rapping, ‘I just used the same basket as you shoppin’/ Now I’m in a f***in’ casket from you coffin’.’
    Jul 11, 2020
AceShowbiz – Kid Cudi and Eminem released their new collaboration titled “The Adventures of Moon Man and Slim Shady” on Thursday, July 9. On the song, which was produced by Dot da Genius, Eminem and J Gramm, Em tackles several things including police brutality, COVID-19 and Drew Brees’ controversial remarks.
Slamming police, Slim Shady can be heard rapping about George Floyd, who was suffocated to death by a Minneapolis police officer, and Ahmaud Arbery, who was shot to death by two armed white men when he was jogging, on the track. “Friends to George Floyd and Ahmaud Arbery/ How the f**k is it that so many cops are dirty/ Stop man please officer I’m sorry but I can’t breathe when I got you on top of me your goddamn knees on my carotid artery,” he raps.
Additionally, Eminem takes a jab at Drew, who faced backlash for his comments on kneeling during the national anthem. Speaking to Yahoo Finance, he said that he would “never agree with anybody disrespecting the flag of the United States of America or our country.”
Addressing the matter, Eminem spits his bars, “Got a lil’ green (Yeah), but I don’t do weed (Nope)/ Purp nor lean (Nah), that’s Tunechi (Yeah)/ That’s New Orleans (Yeah), f**k Drew Brees (Yeah).”
Elsewhere on the new song, the “Lose Yourself” hitmaker touches on the novel coronavirus, rapping, “F**k going on man? (Yeah)/ Bunch of half wits up in office/ Half of us walkin’ around like a zombie apocalypse/ Other half are just pissed off and don’t wanna wear a mask/ And they’re just scoffin’/ And that’s how you end catchin’ the sick off ’em/ I just used the same basket as you shoppin’/ Now I’m in a f***in’ casket from you coffin’.”
“The Adventures of Moon Man and Slim Shady” marks the first time for Kid Cudi to work with the Detroit rapper. Prior to this, Eminem released his studio album “Music to Be Murdered By”, which arrived at the top of 2020.

  • Eminem Issues Statement About 'Unnecessary' Revolt Diss in Leaked Song

    Instagram

Joe Budden also addresses the matter in the latest episode of his ‘Joe Budden Podcast’, saying, ‘But this is an old verse. Mal is right, you don’t get offended by old verses.’
    Jun 25, 2020
AceShowbiz – Eminem recently sparked feud with Sean “P. Diddy” Combs’ Revolt TV and Joe Budden after his 2019 song titled “Bang” emerged online. The song saw Slim Shady slamming both Revolt and Joe, who serves as the host of “State of the Culture”, prompting Revolt to hit back at Eminem. Now, Em took to his Twitter account to issue a statement regarding the matter.
“I agree with Revolt… this is an unnecessary distraction,” he wrote in the statement on Wednesday, June 24. “I never meant for the verse to be heard, I was heated in the moment and thought better of it and decided to pull it back.”
“Stuff that I never intended to release continues to leak from the huge WeTransfer hack. I don’t have any issues with Revolt,” he went on saying. “I’d actually welcome the opportunity to work with them on some positive things and turn this in a different direction.”

In the said track, Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Bruce Mathers III, could be heard rapping, “Shout to Puffy Combs/ but f**k Revolt/ Y’all are like a f***ed up remote/ Now I get it why our button’s broke/ ‘Cause you pressing him but do nothing though, especially when it comes to punches throne.”
Em later touched on Joe’s infamous incident with Migos rapper’s Quavo, Offset and Takeoff at the 2017 BET Awards. “Tell this journalist stick to the stuff he knows, like always running, from Migos,” he continued to rap.
In response to the diss, Revolt fired back at the Detroit rapper. “F**k you too Eminem,” it said, before writing in the caption, “Back to our regularly scheduled program.”
Joe also addressed the matter in the latest episode of his “Joe Budden Podcast”. “Listen, I was one hundred percent prepared to come on here and scream on Paul [Rosenberg] cause I thought Paul leaked this,” he said.
“I was prepared to come on here and tell Paul and Em to read the room. Now’s not the time for all of that. But this is an old verse. Mal is right, you don’t get offended by old verses. And two, I don’t think anybody’s on that right now. I don’t think Em is on that, I don’t think my Slaughterhouse brothers is on that. I don’t think anybody is on that side right this second. I feel safe speaking on that, I won’t tell you why I feel safe speaking on that but I do,” he continued.
“That’s not really where the focus is right now,” Joe added. “That’s not where our concern is, or where it should be. It’s way to much important s**t going on right now. Even if I was going to come in here and start screaming, I’m not rapping so that’s not fun. Nothing about this is fun. It’s more power in the unity.”
“I’m going to assume we were taking some baby steps to try to reach unity with some of the behind-the-scenes conversations that were taking place. So, nah, this is not thirty-five year old Joe that’s going to come and fuck everything up cause I’m mad about some old s**t. I’m going to be mature — I’m forty. Great verse!” he concluded.

Eminem Sets the Record Straight on New Album Rumors

    WENN/Dan Jackman

People begin speculating that the ‘Music to Be Murdered By’ rapper is going to release an album called ‘Marshall Law’ due to a tweet posted by Florida senator Marco Rubio.
    Mar 18, 2020
AceShowbiz – Eminem has set the record straight on rumours he’s releasing a new album called “Marshall Law”.
The speculation began on Monday (16Mar20), when Florida senator Marco Rubio tweeted to deny the “completely false” information that the United States was going to employ Martial Law – where the military step in and take over from the ordinary law.
However, in his post, he referred to it as “Marshall Law”, leading fans of the rapper, real name Marshall Mathers, to start wondering if he was about to drop a surprise new release.
“Just heard Eminem dropped a new album ‘Marshall’s law’ s**t gotta be fire,” one person wrote, while another added: “Woahhhh eminem is working hard. Releasing a new album called Marshall law when he’s only just released Music To Be Murdered By??”
But on Monday night, the 47-year-old decided to set the record straight once and for all, taking to Twitter to share a follow-up tweet from Rubio and writing alongside it: “Sorry guys… Marshall Law: not a thing.”

In Rubio’s apology, he had tweeted: “I meant to type stupid rumours about martial law not marshall law. My bad.”

Machine Gun Kelly Takes Another Shot at Eminem in New Single 'Bullets with Names'

    WENN/Instar/Abel Fermin

After the ‘Godzilla’ rapper addressed their beef in his latest album ‘Music to Be Murdered By’, MGK hints that the bad blood isn’t over as he brags about killing Em in his new diss song.
    Mar 14, 2020
AceShowbiz – Machine Gun Kelly continues to take shot at Eminem. While the “Godzilla” hitmaker claimed an end to their beef in a track off his “Music to Be Murdered By” album, the “Rap Devil” rapper released on Friday, March 13 a brand new single, “Bullets with Names”, that has him bragging about killing the former.
Produced by Wonda and Ronny J, “Bullets with Names” hears MGK spitting, “Killed me a goat so my jacket got stains on it/ Wipin’ my nose like I got some cocaine on it/ Pulled out his coffin and ate me a plate on it/ Called up his bitch, showed my dick, let ’em lay on it.” It features Young Thug, Lil Duke and RJMRLA.
This fresh track will be included in the “Bad Things” hitmaker’s upcoming fifth studio album, “Tickets to My Downfall”, that is set to be released later this year via Interscope and Bad Boy Records. The LP, which is a collaborative project with Blink-182’s Travis Barker, itself is a follow-up to his 2019 album “Hotel Diablo”.
    [embedded content]
As for MGK’s feud with Em, “Bullets with Names” was not the first shade he threw at the “Lose Yourself” hitmaker following the release of “Music to Be Murdered By”. In late January, he took to Twitter to seemingly comment on Em’s take on viral Dolly Parton challenge, “50 year old artists tryna be relevant to the youth by posting trending meme’s is something i never thought i’d see #2020,” his later-deleted tweet read.
Em and MGK started their feud back in 2018 after the “Bird Box” actor thirsting over his daughter Hailie. Hitting back, MGK came out with a diss track called “Rap Devil”. In response, Em let out “Killshot”. In mid-January 2020, however, Em appeared to call for a truce through new track titled “Unaccommodating”.
Despite Em’s claim that their war is finished, MGK appeared reluctance in squashing their beef. “mad af I just stepped out a loud room to hear this bulls**t,” he wrote on Twitter. “he’s been rich and mad for 20 years straight.”
