“They’re about to go into production for ‘The Bachelorette’,” Lindsay, who recently deactivated her Instagram account due to online harassment, said in the Tuesday, March 2 episode of “Higher Learning”. “I think they should just stop until … they get the train back on the tracks.”
The former “The Bachelorette” star went on to say, “You’re going to go another season, but you still have all of these issues. How have you fixed them coming into a new season? You really haven’t. I think that they need to take a beat, figure things out, regroup and then bring the product back to us in a way that we can all enjoy it like we used to.”

During the episode, Lindsay also addressed Taylor Nolan’s resurfaced racist tweets. The posts saw Nolan insulting minority groups such as Jews, Asian Americans and Indians in addition to using several homophobic and fat phobic slurs.

“I have the same energy with Taylor that I have with anybody who does something that’s wrong,” she went on to say. “I said the same thing with Chris Harrison even though that message seems to be getting lost,” she said. “I said the same thing with Rachael [Kirkconnell]. 'The Bachelorette' Grand Finale Recap: Tayshia Adams Struggling to Make Decision After Dad's Warning

    ABC

The grand finale of the long-running ABC dating competition picks up where the last episode off in which Tayshia is shocked over Ben Smith’s sudden return to the show despite him being eliminated at final four.

    Dec 23, 2020
AceShowbiz – The big moment for Tayshia Adams is finally here. In the Tuesday, December 22 finale of her season of “The Bachelorette”, Tayshia had to decide whether she would give her final rose to Ivan Hall, Zac Clark or Ben Smith, the latter of whom returned to the show despite being eliminated at final four.
The episode picked up where the last episode off in which Tayshia was shocked over Ben’s sudden return. “I can tell by looking at her eyes that there’s more under there,” Ben said in confessional, adding, “I know she has a rose ceremony in an hour… but I found a woman I’ve never felt this way about ever in my life, and I have to see where it goes.” Eventually, Tayshia allowed him to come to the rose ceremony that night. Not only that, she kissed him passionately.
Ivan, meanwhile, was confident that he would be the one getting the final rose. “I definitely feel like we have the strongest connection at this point,” he shared. Ivan, however, wasn’t the only one ready for a proposal. Zac told host Chris Harrison that he and Tayshia loved each other and he was “ready for a proposal. I’m ready to do it, but there’s no guarantees, especially around here.”
Later in the rose ceremony, Tayshia mentioned about disagreement she had with Ivan about religion. “I wish I could say that there were a lot of red flags prior to this week. And there haven’t been. It’s just like, at the end of the day, religion’s part of my morals and my beliefs,” she said, to which Ivan replied, “I definitely get it… That is the roadblock for the two of us. I was definitely struggling with bringing it up, ’cause, you know, all the girls I have dated in the past, it never ended because of religion or anything, but I know that’s something that’s important to you.” With that, Ivan was sent home.
The next day, Tayshia introduced Ben to her family. Ben revealed he felt nervous because he wanted to make a good impression. He told Tayshia’s mom Rosario, “I’m in love with your daughter. I’ve never felt this way in my lifetime.” Ben apparently won over her dad Desmond as he told him, “I think you’re a sincere young man. I see some good qualities in you, truthfully, I like that. And I really appreciate you being genuine.”
Tayshia brought Zac to meet her family later. He told Rosario that he could see him and Tayshia getting married and starting a family. Her parents liked Zac and love his chemistry with Tayshia. The next day, as Tayshia still couldn’t decide between Ben and Zac, her dad warned her about making a mistake. “I’ve seen you hurt before, and I can’t let that happen again,” he told her. “It might not be what you want to hear, but I don’t want you to be making the biggest mistake of your life.”

The warning definitely further made Tayshia confused and “overwhelmed” to the point she wasn’t sure if she wanted to get married again. But then when she spent some time together with Zac, Tayshia felt that she and Zac were meant together. It helped her realize that her heart wasn’t for Ben.
After she told Ben her feelings, Ben said, “I’m in love with you, that doesn’t change. I saw it going differently, but when you love somebody, you want them to be happy.” He told Tayshia that he was happy for her.
As he met Neil Lane to pick out the engagement ring he would give to Tayshia, Zac got emotional. Meanwhile, Tayshia was back to feeling scared of getting engaged after being divorced.
When Zac met Tayshia with a ring with him, he told Tayshia, “You’ve helped me experience a love I didn’t know existed, and you’ve made me smile more than anyone has ever made me smile. I love you, Tayshia. I love you because you’re a fighter. I love you because you’re a strong, independent woman. You make everyone around you better. I love you because you believe in me. I love you because you’re a total dork. And I love you because you drive me absolutely wild. I love everything about you. And I listened when you spoke of the importance of loyalty. I promise to be loyal to you.”
“That first night when I got here, I was extremely excited about the possibility of finding love, but also very nervous and scared, because I didn’t know if finding true love was possible,” Tayshia responded. “When I first met you, I thought to myself, ‘He’s different, and that man is kind. He shows gratitude, and has the biggest smile. He has been through a lot, but has never given up, But also has learned how to read me better than really anyone ever has, and knows how to comfort me when I’m down.’ ”
“There was one point in my life when I thought I would never get married, because of all the pain and the heartbreak I had been through, and I hit absolute rock bottom. And I know that I told you that I love you, but…,” she added before a long pause, “It’s more than that.”
She continued, “I love you, Zac Clark. And I’ll do absolutely anything to keep that huge smile on your face, because you do everything to keep a huge smile on mine.” Finally Zac took the ring box out of his pocket and kneeled. “Marry me,” Zac said, to which Tayshia replied, “Yes! Yes a thousand times! I love you!” She then gave him her final rose before heading to New York.

'Bachelorette' Recap: Tayshia Adams Cries After a Man Eliminates Himself Ahead of Fantasy Suites

    ABC

The said man gets candid to Tayshia in a new episode of the ABC dating competition show that he has come to a realization that he seemingly isn’t ready for a marriage for the second time.

    Dec 22, 2020
AceShowbiz – “The Bachelorette” returned for an all-new episode on Tuesday, December 21. In the new outing, Bachelorette Tayshia Adams took her relationships with the remaining men, Brendan Morais, Ivan Hall and Zac Clark, to the next level in the fantasy suites.
Tayshia had a great time with both Ivan and Clark. Ivan told her that he was “falling in love” with her, and Tayshia revealed that she felt the same. Things were even more serious when it came to Zac, who declared that he loved her. Thankfully, the feeling was mutual for him.
Meanwhile, it was such a disastrous date between Tayshia and Brendan. The two enjoyed the daytime portion of their date by taking a look at some Neil Lane diamonds and that apparently freaked Brendan out. Brendan, who has been married before, realized that he wasn’t fully ready to get married again.
“Looking at wedding and engagement rings and all these pieces of jewelry that symbolize a future commitment and a future decision that really would mean forever… it’s such a huge step and a scary step for me,” he said in confessional. “I’ve been here before. I’ve looked at rings before. But when I propose to someone for the second time, that person is going to be my wife for the rest of my life. An engagement ring means we’re going to be together forever and that means so much. But am I ready to give Tayshia that commitment of forever? Ummmm. I don’t know.”

His anxiety didn’t go unnoticed by Tayshia. “I am really interested in Brendan. He makes me really excited. But now, all of a sudden, it seems like there’s some type of disconnect. I just can’t read him,” she shared. “I just don’t know where he’s at. It’s kind of a weird feeling. I hope that there isn’t something wrong.”
Brendan then opened up about his feelings during the nighttime portion of the date. He told Tayshia that he initially thought he was ready to exchange vows again, but then he admitted that “there’s a big part of me that’s still broken. There’s a big part of me that still needs time to heal.”
“There’s a big part of me that still needs time to grow because I think there are pieces of myself I need to pick up. All I want to do is give you my whole heart, but as I sit here today, my heart isn’t whole. And it really breaks my heart because you deserve a man who is complete. You deserve a man who is healed from his past and unfortunately, I’m not that man,” he went on to explain.
Although Tayshia was understandably upset, she said she understood his decision. “Maybe a younger version of me would’ve been really pissed off at you, but at the same time, I know what you’ve gone through,” she said. “We’ve both been married before. And as much as I would love to be with you at the end of all this, if you’re not ready, that’s not something I’m going to push you to do. I’ve already fought for someone to try and love me once. I’m not going to do it again.”
It was only after Brendan left that Tayshia couldn’t hold back her tears. “I really thought I was going to end up with Brendan,” she said in confessional. “He’s the person, every single day, that I’ve been like…. it’s Brendan. Every single day.”

'The Bachelorette' Recap: Tayshia Adams Enjoys Hometown Dates With Final Four Suitors

    ABC

However, there is a slight change for the Hometown Dates this season as instead of going to the men’s hometowns, they head to La Quinta with the men’s families being brought there due to COVID-19 pandemic.

    Dec 16, 2020
AceShowbiz – In a new episode of “The Bachelorette”, Tayshia Adams was scheduled to visit her final four suitors’ families for Hometown Dates. However, there was a slight change due to COVID-19 pandemic. Instead of going to the men’s hometowns, they headed to La Quinta.
“I want you to put together a date that will take Tayshia to your hometown… a little window at what life would be like with you,” host Chris Harrison explained. Additionally, it was revealed that the men’s family members were brought their after being quarantined.
Later, Tayshia spent time with Brendan, who got his brother Daniel, sister-in-law and niece Aliyah there with him. Tayshia bonded easily with Aliyah as they played carnival games, much to Brendan’s liking. Tayshia shared that she was nervous about the whole thing, though she didn’t really have to. Daniel seemed to be supportive of their relationship.
Following it up was a meeting with Zac’s family. Zac’s brother asked Tayshia to talk in private. He told her that Zac hadn’t smiled in a long time and that he’s happy to see him smiling now. Zac’s mother echoed the sentiment, adding that Tayshia broke the barrier. She wished that things would work out between Tayshia and Zac.

Tayshia then enjoyed a date with Ivan as they were cooking together before meeting his parents. When the time came, Ivan’s mom talked privately with Tayshia. His mom admitted that she was skeptical about their relationship because it was just too fast, but she knew what really mattered was Ivan’s happiness.
As for Ivan’s dad, he asked Tayshia what she learned about her first marriage. She blamed her divorce on getting married at a young age, adding that her ex was the wrong person for her. She was convinced that Ivan could be the one for her, and Ivan’s dad agreed. Ivan’s brother Gabriel surprisingly appeared and he told the pair that he’s happy for them.
The last hometown date was between Tayshia and Ben, who took her to take a walk down the boardwalk. They then met Antonia, a close family friend of Ben, and his sister Madeline because her parents couldn’t make it due to COVID-19. “Ben has been someone I have had my eye on, but him being so closed off has made me hesitant,” Tayshia told Madeline, who responded, “I will say — he’s not hiding anything. It’s just, the wall hasn’t broken down yet. He really is very sensitive.”
Meanwhile, Ben finally realized that he’s in love with Tayshia. He told everyone about this but Tayshia, and that seemed to be a mistake. During the rose ceremony, Tayshia handed out the roses to Ivan, Zac and Brendan, meaning that Ben was eliminated. “The last two weeks showed me a lot about the things I was feeling for you. I’ve been wrong before,” he said. “I’m heartbroken, but I’ll be alright.”

'The Bachelorette' Recap: Find Out Tayshia Adams' Final Four Suitors

    ABC

The new episode of the ABC dating competition show picks up the moment Tayshia Adams finding Bennett Jordan, who was already eliminated, in her suit, asking for another chance.

    Dec 15, 2020
AceShowbiz – “The Bachelorette” returned with a new episode on Monday, December 14. The new episode of the ABC dating competition show picked up the moment Tayshia Adams finds Bennett Jordan, who was already eliminated, in her suit, asking for another chance. Also, the new outing saw Tayshia sending home 4 guys ahead of Hometown Dates.
Before she made a decision regarding Bennett, Tayshia enjoyed a one-on-one date with Blake Moynes. They had fun during the date as they also visited a crystal guru. However, Tayshia wasn’t really confident with their relationship compared to hers with the other men. She decided to eliminate Blake even before the nighttime portion of the date.

Later she vitsited the other men, opening up about her struggle on the show. She then had a talk with Riley, telling him that she didn’t feel like her heart was 100 percent for him. “I appreciate everything you did for me, and I would not change this experience for anything in the world. You are amazing… you are outstanding. But the longer I sit here, the longer I look at you, the longer I hear you talk, see you smile, the more pain I feel,” she told Riley as she eliminated him on the spot.
Ben already got a rose from Tayshia, meaning that she only had three more roses to hand out in the rose ceremony. She took a day for reflection before making a big decision. Skipping a cocktail party, they headed immediately to the rose ceremony. She gave the first rose to Zac, before presenting the final two roses to Ivan and Brendan.
That meant the final four were Ivan, Zac, Brendan and Ben, while Bennett and Noah were unfortunately eliminated. Tayshia will be visiting the remaining men’s families during Hometown Dates in the December 15 episode.

'The Bachelorette': Tayshia Adams' Season Might End Without Proposal, According to Chris Harrison

    Instagram

‘She is falling in love. These men are in love, but are they all willing to go where she wants this to go?’ the host of the long-running ABC dating competition show spills in a new interview.

    Dec 14, 2020
AceShowbiz – Fans of “The Bachelorette” might need to prepare themselves. Host Chris Harrison appeared to share a hint at how Tayshia Adams’ season will end, and that is not something that fans who hope for a happy ending might want to hear.
During his interview with Us Weekly, Chris shared, “You see that in the previews she’s in the dress and there’s a couple of close calls.” He went on hinting, “Look, she is falling in love. These men are in love, but are they all willing to go where she wants this to go? Are they willing to take that last step? And maybe those previews show you, it’s not gonna end well.”
“In my mind, I don’t think you can go wrong,” Chris added. Naming the suitors in the current season 16 of the long-running ABC dating competition show, the host continued, “These guys, whether it’s Ivan, Riley, Brendan, Zac, Ben, these are good dudes. These are really good guys. And I even told Tayshia towards the end, I said, ‘You can’t make a wrong decision. You just need to make the right decision for you, who fits in your life, where do you see your life going?’ And this is where it starts to align. When you have those long conversations, ‘Do you want to get married? Where are we going to live?’ ”

That aside, Tayshia’s stint on “The Bachelorette” caused tension between her and her ex-husband Josh Bourelle. During an interview on “Reality Steve” podcast on Thursday, December 10, Josh criticized his ex for using their divorce as her sob story.
“I figured we had a mutual respect that we wanted the best for each other after the divorce,” he said. “Now, her going out and saying that I cheated on her and that was the reason for our divorce on national TV, I felt like kind of crossed the line on that a little bit because I feel like she was using that as her sob story to make her look better and it was hurtful to me because it wasn’t just me that heard about that.”
Josh claimed that he didn’t mind when Tayshia addressed their failed marriage on TV when she appeared in Colton Underwood’s season of “The Bachelor”. “When that first happened, I said, ‘Well, okay, I guess it’s fine for her to say it one time,’ but now it just continues to happen,” shared Josh, before adding that it started to hurt his reputation.
Later in the interview, he also called out Tayshia for accusing him of cheating on her. “I mean, it’s kind of hypocritical in a way because you’re calling me a cheater, yet you’re dating 25 different guys at the same time or whatever,” he reasoned. “It’s been a tough situation for me and I’m kind of over it at this point.”

'Bachelorette' Recap: A Contestant Shocks Tayshia Adams With Bold Move After Elimination

    ABC

The new episode of the ABC series also sees the suitors taking a lie detector test in which Zac admits to cheating and Riley says that it’s not his real name.

    Dec 9, 2020
AceShowbiz – “The Bachelorette” season 16 returned with a new episode on Tuesday, December 8. The new outing opened with what was left in the previous episode in which Tayshia Adams confronted Bennett for “questioning” her integrity. He apologized for it though he continued arguing with Noah.
It was then time for Tayshia to hand out the rose to someone and it was not Bennett. He was upset and tried to convince Tayshia that he never questioned her intergrity. Tayshia admitted she felt bad after sending Bennett home and when she saw Noah smiling over Bennett’s elimination, she told him that it wasn’t a win for him either. Taysha said that she would keep him around for the rose ceremony as she made her mind up.
That pissed Noah off and he felt more upset seeing Tayshia spending time with other men. She was seen sitting down with Brendan, who said, “I feel like me and Tayshia have a real connection. I’m going into tonight’s rose ceremony feeling really, really good.”
Rose ceremony was finally here. Tayshia decided to hand out the roses to Brendan, then Riley, Blake, Ivan and Noah.
Later, Zac was crying over the thought of Tayshia meeting his parents during the Hometown weeks. Saying that his parents were “everything,” Zac claimed while crying, “My mom and my dad are my heroes, so that makes it really real.”
As for the first one-on-one date, it was between Tayshia and Ben. They were seen riding scooters but then he took off his pants to get into a fountain. Later during the date, the two discussed the progress of their relationship. “You have to just… let it out,” Tayshia told Ben, who responded, “It’s me trying to be perfect. Maybe part of me doesn’t want to share things because I don’t want to burden you. But I trust you.”

      See also…

At their romantic dinner, Tayshia revealed she was excited to meet Ben’s family. “I feel like you’re almost too perfect. You say the right thing… I feel like you want to display this perfect image of yourself,” she said. “I know you’re holding back… I feel like there’s hurt there.”
Then, Ben made a huge revelation of his dark past. Admitting that he attempted suicide twice in the past, he said, “2018 was a rough year for me. I left a career that I thought I was going to be in forever. The Army didn’t end up working out for me, for a number of reasons, but I ended up breaking my back pretty bad, and I’m 26 years old, and I can barely walk up the steps, and I was living in a city that was too expensive for me, and I was completely lost.”
“My life was very dark, and I didn’t know how to say that I needed things. I don’t know if you can relate with that, or how that can be. The only person I confided in was my sister, and I’m trying to give you the whole picture,” he added.
Tayshia assured him that things would be okay, saying, “And I’m still right here. I see you and I hear you, and that’s all I’ve been wanting. I’ve been wanting you to open up to me… you’re an amazing person.” She gave him a rose.
The two ended their date with a private concert. “Today’s date has just been perfect, and now we have this stunning private concert,” Tayshia shared in confessional. “The way Ben made me feel tonight is the way I want to feel with my future husband… I truly love Ben.”
The episode also saw them taking a lie detector test. Zac admitted to cheating and Riley said that it’s not his real name. When confronted, Zac told Tayshia that his marriage ended because of cheating, prompting her to say, “I will not date a cheater.” Riley and Ben also opened up to Tayshia and she decided to give the rose out at the rose ceremony.
Bennett, who was previously eliminated, shockingly waited for Tayshia in her suite. “Our goodbye was so bizarre, so surreal, I couldn’t even fathom what just happened. I was thinking about all these things that I wasn’t able to share with you, sometimes you don’t realize things until they’re gone. And I realized in that moment that I love you,” Bennett said. He told Tayshia that he was in love with her and she was confused.
