Naga Munchetty takes no prisoners when it comes to keeping the BBC Breakfast show running to schedule.
The 46-year-old had been conducting a video interview with Jane Richardson from Conwy who was busy discussing her home town when Naga savagely swooped in, cutting her time short.
“Jane You’re pushing it!
“You’re pushing the time Jane. No, no no, I’m diving in.
“I’ve done it to Roger, we’re doing it to you,” interjected the host before stopping the chat.
Taking the hint Jane immediately stopped talking.
Naga then turned to Roger to bring him back into the conversation, asking for a short answer about the culture of Armagh.
After Roger had provided his brief response, co-host Jon Kay was next to feel Naga’s wrath.
Jon was also shot down by Naga after he’d chimed in with a question about Conwy, for Jane.
“No, no, no, we don’t need you to answer that,” fumed Naga before wrapping up the show.
Meanwhile, fans of the programme were relieved to understand that Dan Walker would be making a return to the show very soon.
It hasn’t gone unnoticed by viewers that he had been missing alongside presenter Louise Minichin.
Louise took to Twitter to share a selfie from inside the studio and was mobbed by followers who questioned Dan’s whereabouts.
This prompted a response from Dan himself on his own digital platform.
He tweeted: “Back soon. Just spending time with the family,” along with a thumbs up emoji.”
