Amanda Holden is “very comfortable” with who she is and acts no differently when the cameras are off, her stylist has revealed.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge never fails to wow fans when she steps out in her bold and glamorous outfits, which include sparkling thigh-split dresses, plunging blazers and leather cowboy boots.
Amanda, 51, leaves the nation swooning over her ageless beauty and killer figure every time she shares new behind the scenes snaps of her show-stealing dresses.

It might leave some fans wondering just how she manages to push boundaries and dazzle the cameras with so many jaw-dropping looks all of the time.

A lot of it is down to her good friend and stylist Karl Willett, who has worked with the likes of Kylie Minogue, Jennifer Hudson, Geri Halliwell and Paloma Faith.
Fashion buff Karl has teamed up with womenswear brand Forever Unique on a brand new limited-edition capsule collection for the autumn and winter seasons, inspired by the New York party scene.
The designer spoke exclusively to Daily Star about what it’s like working with Amanda as well as his stunning new collection, which he worked on with Forever Unique owner Seema Malhotra.

Asked about what Amanda is really like away from the cameras, Karl insisted she’s exactly the same in private.
He said: “What you see is what you get with Amanda. How she is on TV or in the public eye or on radio, that’s exactly her. That is the loveliest part of working with somebody that is very comfortable with who they are because it resonates.”
On their friendship, Karl said: “I feel like our relationship is really beautiful because it’s work but it’s friendship as well.”
The stylist added: “She’s a dream to work with, she’s extremely easy, extremely caring, loving, I wouldn’t have anything negative to say about our relationship. It’s brilliant, it’s just a real easy relationship because she’s willing to enjoy fashion, so for us that partnership just makes it fun.”
It’s no secret that Amanda likes to try out daring outfits that defy age and expectation, and Karl made it clear he and Holden like to have fun with their ensembles – and they don’t mind breaking rules.

Karl said: “For us, glamour is about fun. It’s about taking someone’s fantasy and playing around with it and enjoying it.
“When me and Amanda talk about the BGT looks, it’s just about how can we take out of our minds and show the general public something that they won’t necessarily see when they go out shopping. We want to make this really elegant but sophisticated look.
“I don’t think age ever comes into styling for me. It’s about how someone feels. So for me, it’s not even about what’s current on trend, it’s about what suits that person, what suits their body, what suits their feeling that day or that week, hair colour, skin tone.

“It’s really about embodying the person I’m working with as opposed to those narratives of ‘You have to wear this because’. I kind of like to smash and break all those rules.”
Speaking about his gorgeous Forever Unique collection, Karl said: “It sort of just came quite naturally. We brainstormed a lot. The collection itself we’ve sort of summarised it on sort of classic silhouettes from the New York party scene.
“The party scene is such a big thing this time of year and I think with everything that’s gone on the last few Christmases and winter seasons it’s not time to get glam and get out there and enjoy yourself.”
