GMB’s Susanna Reid 'fears she’ll be replaced' by Jill Scott after I’m A Celebrity win

Good Morning Britain host Susanna Reid shared her fears that she will be replaced by England Lioness Jill Scott on the show after she was crowned the new Queen of the jungle.

During Monday’s visit to the ITV show, the 51-year-old woke up the nation with the latest news in the headlines alongside her co-host Ed Balls.

And one of the biggest stories on everyone’s lips was the dramatic final of the reality TV show after the football champion won I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! on Sunday night (November 27).

On the breakfast morning programme, the presenting duo welcomed Queen herself onto the show to share her month-long experience in the bug-infested jungle.

And it’s fair to say the brunette beauty was dressed up to the nines as she rocked a black asymmetrical dress on the show, which left the mum-of-three feeling a little insecure.

She joked: “Would you want to do a stint on Good Morning Britain? You know, I can’t deny that you’re looking very glam, I’m feeling a little bit at risk here.”

But 35-year-old footballer Jill reassured her that she had nothing to worry about after it took “two showers and two baths just to smell half decent.”

She went on to reveal that she hasn’t got any plans as she settles into retirement after taking how the European World Cup earlier this year.

Jill explained: “I haven’t got any plans, once I retired, I didn’t really have a plan in place so that’s kind of how I landed in the jungle so to speak.

“But I don’t know what I’m going to do next, but I feel like if you give everything every single day, keep trying to be a good person, then we’ll just see what happens”.

It comes after the newsreader teased her by asking which she missed more: her fiancée Shelly Unit or watching the England World Cup in Qatar.

The sporting champion couldn’t help but tell off Susanna Reid for her cheeky question, saying: “Don’t get me into trouble here, it’s got to be Shelly but I have been missing the football.

“Me and Owen said the best day in camp was when we got the ice lollies and it said the England score on them”.
