Getting off to a flying star, the music icon wastes no time getting them down him, but suddenly comes to a halt once he gets to the fourth piece.

Taking some time to gather his thoughts, Dec points out: “Hold on, something’s stopped him in his tracks,” before the 61-year-old sarcastically replies: “The taste.”

Giving a more depth insight to the taste of the fermented dish, the singer explained: “It tastes like perfume. It tastes like you’re being poisoned.”

He then lets out a violent gag as he attempts to swallow the fruit, all while his eyes begin to water.

Tv duo Ant and Dec can be seen trying to hold back the laughter as the vocalist mutters: “It’s really disgusting. And I can eat anything.”

Unfortunately for viewers, they will have to wait until tonight’s episode to watch the politician take on the stomach-churning trial.

Despite having to team up in a bid to win meals for their fellow campmates, the Karma Chameleon singer and the Conservative MP didn’t get off to the greatest start in camp.

The pop legend almost lost his mum in the pandemic and opened up about his heartbreak just hours after the former Health Secretary entered the jungle.

And now, DJ Fat Tony, who has known George since they were 14, has said that it’s only a matter of “two or three days” before the outspoken singer confronts the Tory MP.

During an appearance on Lorraine on Thursday (November 10), the DJ said: “Boy George is one of these people who doesn’t harbour, he will voice it to a few people then he will go and confront him.”

The 56-year-old added: He won’t do it in a bitchy, nasty way…it will be two or three days before he will confront Matt and express his feelings.”
