I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! star Jill Scott had a grim end to tonight’s Bushtucker trial after a cockroach ended up in her ear.
The former professional footballer took part in the Scareground trial alongside Hollyoaks star Owen Warner and former rugby player Mike Tindall.
The 35-year-old was trapped inside a cage full of critters as she attempted to grab the coloured balls and release them for her teammates.

After the 10 minute trial came to and end, it wasn’t over for Jill as she quickly told those around her that a cockroach had made its way into her ear.
As a medic rushed to help Jill, she joked: “Come to the jungle they said, it would be fun.”
The medic began squirting water in the Lionesses ear to get it out, Jill said: “It’s in my brain now.”
Getting critters stuck in their ears isn’t uncommon as plenty of celebs have had to endure the same thing, including former campmates like Joe Swash and Caitlyn Jenner.

The most notable incident came 11 years ago from Olympic gold medallist Fatima Whitbread when she appeared on the eleventh series of the show.
The athlete made headlines when a huge cockroach crawled up her nose during a trial – and it still remains one of the most iconic moments from the show.
But it seems Jill has now had a record-breaking critter in her ear Ant exclaimed: “That was bigger than the one Fatima Whitbread had up her nose!”
Jill was amongst the three celebs who ended up heading for a barbecue on the beach, and viewers thought it was only fair after what she endured.
“So glad Jill has got a place at the bbq she deserved it after having a cockroach in her ear,” penned one user.
A second agreed: “Jill’s ball getting pulled out to go to the beach is perfect since she had a cockroach in her ear!”
While another echoed: “Gotta love Jill. There’s a cockroach in my ear. But still smashed it. Totally deserves the bbq.”
