Broadcaster and former Big Brother star India wasn’t in agreement with the Roya Family’s choice to exclude Harry from wearing uniform after he wore it to a vigil on Saturday.

Airing her views on the matter, India took to Twitter during the televised state funeral and procession to live tweet her thoughts.

Taking to Twitter to note “the one mistake” that was made on the day of Her Majesty’s final farewell, India didn’t hold back.

She penned: “The one mistake they’ve made is not letting Prince Harry wear his uniform #QueensFuneral.”

Replying to India’s tweet one person replied with: “I agree India, felt so sorry for him when they all saluted and he couldn’t. He’s served his country he should have been allowed.”

While another noted how Harry “shined”, writing: “The amazing thing is it has made him look more prominent in the procession. He shines through with dignity and respect.”

“He wore it at the vigil? So I do not see the difference. Maybe it was his choice to not wear it at the funeral,” offered a third.

When Harry moved to America, the palace released a statement which read: “Following conversations with The Duke, The Queen has written confirming that in stepping away from the work of The Royal Family it is not possible to continue with the responsibilities and duties that come with a life of public service.

“The honorary military appointments and Royal patronages held by The Duke and Duchess will therefore be returned to Her Majesty, before being redistributed among working members of The Royal Family.”

Prince Harry wasn’t the only member of the Royal Family not dressed in military uniform, because his uncle the Duke of York, Prince Andrew, wore a mourning suit also.

Both Harry and Andrew donned full military attire when the guarded Her Majesty’s coffin in Westminster Hall, by instruction of King Charles III.
