Liz Hurley is said to have “dropped everything” so that she could star in her son Damian’s first ever movie production.
The model and actress, 57, reportedly jetted off to the Caribbean to work on her 20-year-old son’s film debut, which he has written and also directed.
Damian revealed that his mum jumped at the chance to appear in the film, titled Strictly Confidential, but he didn’t share any other information.

The fashion model said that Liz will be playing a character called Lily, but apart from a couple of backstage snaps from the set, he remained tight-lipped on everything else.

Revealing that filming had finished, Damian gushed over the cast and crew who helped make his dreams a reality.
“I can’t begin to sum up how intense and wonderful the past few months have been,” he wrote.
“I’m truly blown away by the inspiring and talented people I’ve been able to work with – with immense gratitude to my phenomenal cast.”

The cast includes former Emmerdale hunk Max Parker, Netflix star Freddie Thorp, Damian’s “beautiful and supreme mother” Liz, and other rising stars.
He went on: “Everyone involved deserves public declarations of adoration (all of which will come in due course_ but right now I want to worship Elizabeth Hurley who, during the making of my first ever short film back in 2010 (when I was eight) promised me she’d be in my first feature; true to her word, the minute this film was green-lit, Mama dropped everything and raced out to the beautiful Caribbean to help.

“Working together was a dream.”
Damian thanked “those behind the camera”, adding: “Every single person played a vital role in bringing this project from script to screen and I am forever grateful.”
He finished the post by saying: “This has genuinely been the most incredible experience, both professionally and personally.
“I’ve made lifelong friends and learnt many valuable lessons.
“I’m so so proud of this film and really want to share lots and lots right now.”
He explained he couldn’t do that as almost every photo “contains a huge spoiler”, but he promised “more coming very, very soon”.
