Love Island fans are sure that Luca Bish is only on the show for social media success after ‘exposing’ his sister’s job as CEO of an influencer company.
Fishmonger Luca has always touted himself as a working class lad – despite his associations with celebrities like Patsy Palmer and Saffron Barker.
Since striking it lucky with Michael Owen’s daughter Gemma in the villa, fans have been suspicious of his motives from the get-go – but one eagle-eyed viewer reckons they’ve solved the mystery when it comes to his family.

Last night (July 4), Luca was left red-faced when his fellow contestant Dami Hope told him: “I know you wanna win this Love Island show, but relax man.”
The remark sparked a flurry of reaction online, and one Reddit user took it upon themselves to do some further digging.
What they found was that Luca’s older sister Claudia Rosa Bish is actually the director of influencer company Influencer Overnight Limited.
The Brighton resident owns the company along with Adam Minto and Thomas Allsworth, and before taking over the company she owned The Blogger Agent – a management company which also handled influencers.
Aged just 23 at the time, Claudia’s company was allegedly turning over “7 figures per year”, according to Fuzzable.
Taking to Reddit to share their findings, one user wrote: “And just like that, you’ve all fallen for Luca, the rich ‘fishmonger’ with the social media marketing CEO sister.”
They went on to allege that Luca has never worked as a fishmonger, arguing: “Make no mistake about it, this guy is extremely calculated and likely studied every previous season to know what formula will get him the furthest.
“Be known as the ‘relatable working class lad’ with a normal job (fishmonger – which he has never worked as btw) and then attach yourself to the girl who will be followed the most on the outside.”
They added: “While I believe he does genuinely like Gemma, I sense a great deal of his anxiety when she starts getting iffy about him – panic that his post-villa clout will be halted prematurely.
“He is there to win. He knows he is only an Adam Collard or Theo away from getting a huge reality check with Gemma and that insecurity breeds obsession to hold on to her.
“The sheer look on his face last night when he realised all 3 of his direct competition to win (Andrew, Dami & Davide) had fumbled the bag and fell victim to temptation and the ‘Love Island experience’.
“His game plan is all coming together in front of his eyes and, admirably, he didn’t have to lift a finger.”
The Reddit user also had this to say: “All he has to do at this point is sit back and remain ‘loyal’ to Gemma for a guaranteed place in the final and for his reputation on the outside to be cemented as ‘one of the good ones’ – pre Casa Amor or post Casa Amor – it doesn’t matter.

“The fact that the rest of the guys didn’t have his back when Dami cut deep with the “I know you wanna win this Love Island show but relax, man” – is telling.
“He comes off as pretentious and ‘above’ the rest of them yet cannot handle any sort of criticism against himself.”
Redditor u/zeren1ty then summed up by saying: “Calculated. An influencer overnight one might say. Or rather the name of his big sister’s social media marketing company (who is running his [Instagram]) lmao.”

However, other fans were ready to leap to Luca’s defence, as one posted: “Oh yeah, the rest of the islanders aren’t there for the same reason, right? I can’t believe I have to become a Luca defender.
“No one is there to find love, at least the boy is committed to what he wants to do unlike guys like Dami who is letting his horniness do the talking.”
Another said: “It’s hilarious. Anyone who has ever worked even slightly in marketing or production knows that not a single Love Island contestant is there for any other reason than to promote their brand.”
Someone else giggled: “This is Molly Mae part two!”
