Piers Morgan, 57, has called out Matt Hancock, 44, as the MP makes his debut on I’m A Celebrity.
The former Good Morning Britain presenter said Matt’s participation in the ITV reality show was “literally vomit-making”.
Matt, 44, and comedian Seann Walsh, 36, were announced to be heading into camp on Tuesday night’s episode, with viewers able to see the moment they meet their fellow campmates on Wednesday evening.

On arrival, Charlene White questioned Matt’s wisdom coming in when the Government has been stable “for five minutes,” and Chris Moyles said he had “taken a few weeks off his job”.
Quizzing Matt as to why he wanted to appear on the show, Charlene asks: “So why did you do it [partake]?”
Matt responded: “Because there’s the honest truth, is because there’s so few ways in which politicians can show that we’re human beings, so I just thought it would be good to do that. I’ve got a sense of adventure.
“If I can use this to sort of peel myself back a bit and just be me, it’s better.”
Ahead of them making their way to camp, I’m A Celeb fans were shown teasers of both Matt and Seann discussing their reasons for going on the show.
People were left far from impressed with Matt’s as he said he wants people to see the “real me”.
In the VT, the politician said: “This experience will be an adventure. When I’m in camp, people will just see the real me.
“Survival in the jungle is a good metaphor for the world I work in. People will see me, warts and all.
“See the human side of the guy behind the podium. I don’t think I’ve got any fears or phobias, but I’m about to find out.”
Viewers took straight to social media to share their reactions to the announcement.
Comedian and radio host Matt Chorley reshared the clip on Twitter alongside the words: “Don’t have nightmares”.
The MP has also been voted to partake in the next Bushtucker trial on Thursday night.
