1000lb Sisters’ star Tammy Slaton warned her fans “do not come for me” after indulging in some snacks during her stay at a food rehab centre.
Tammy, 36, posted a video to TikTok as she enjoyed chowing down on some treats – but encouraged her followers to “be nice in the comments” in an attempt to ward off any negative interaction.
The reality TV star has previously been described as an “inspiration” by some of her fans after her progress at the rehabilitation facility.

However, others were disappointed to see her indulging in some snacks after she shared a video giving reviews of what she was eating.
Talking in the newest clip Tammy warned: “Don’t y’all, please, do not come for me in the videos. Like, I only ate two bites of everything, if that.”
Her husband Caleb Willingham joined her in the footage as he confessed that they had not opened all of the snacks let alone eaten them all.
Tammy then explained further as she agreed: “Exactly, half of these bags weren’t even opened.
“I’m asking y’all not to come for me. The skinniest person can eat a whole frickin’ bag of those and nobody says nothing, but when a big person does it’s, ‘You don’t need that!’
“I’m just like, guys be nice in the comments. Not just to us, but to everybody okay? I mean, the skinniest person can be suicidal just as much as the biggest.”
She then shared her love for her fans before signing off: “Ya’ll have a blessed day and be nice.”
Despite her concerns about a negative response, Tammy was then inundated with adoring messages from her followers.
One wrote: “Tammy you’re killing it, you don’t owe anyone an explanation. Love watching your journey.”
A second added: “You’ve lost so much weight, but grown so much. I’m so damn proud of you!”
A third gushed: “You do you Tammy don’t worry about what these people have to say! You look great.”
A fourth agreed: “So true don’t worry about other people love you doing a great you look wonderful.”]
A fifth social media user noted: “The last thing you need to be doing is defending your actions. We see you, and you are doing amazing things. Love respects and snacks!”
Tammy was recently seen breaking down in tears as she addressed her food and alcohol addiction after admitting the illness had made her “super depressed,” especially after she was rushed to hospital because she stopped breathing.
Speaking about the ordeal on 1000lb Sisters Tammy said: “It was a hard time for me, a lot of mental health is letting go, I don’t want to go through that all again.”
