BBC Breakfast host Ben Thompson was left struggling to keep his composure as his co-star Nina Warhurst took viewers down a racy tangent on the show.
The pair were going through the morning papers when Ben pointed out a story that Nina had found particularly interesting.
He told her: “You’ve been fascinated by this story.”

Nina replied: “Well I have, did you watch Normal People? It was really brilliant, the Sally Rooney novel which was equally brilliant, and it was the first time intimacy advisors came to the fore in terms of filming.
“But what this article is saying is that Ita O’Brien, the intimacy co-ordinator who was working on the show is launching a masters degree on the subject on training to be an intimacy co-ordinator.”
Nina added that the degree had been sparked by the call for tighter controls for actors when filming sex scenes within film and TV following the Me Too Movement.
Ben shared his scepticism as he replied in surprise: “A degree?
“I can see why some advice and training would be helpful, but is it a degree?”
Nina hit back: “Well I guess you need to know all of the intimacies of making a film don’t you? The ins and outs so to speak.”
A red-faced Ben could be seen laughing to himself and hiding his face as he responded: “I knew where you were going with that.”
Nina defended herself as she said: “No, well the cast of Bridgerton said that she made them feel safer and comfortable and more protected.”
Quickly changing the subject, Ben picked up the next paper and said: “I like this picture, let’s move on quickly from the ins and outs of that.”
He then moved on to a story about a dad who took a photo of his son for 21 years and turned it into a poignant video, adding: ” mean not many people would be prepared to have their picture taken every single day by their parents, but it’s quite a nice record, I think, to look back.”
BBC Breakfast airs weekdays at 6am.
