Coronation Street fans are convinced they’ve worked out Stephen Reid’s (Todd Boyce) next victim.
The dodgy businessman has so far been responsible for the deaths of Leo Thompkins (Joe Frost), Teddy Thompkins (Grant Burgin) and Rufus Donahue (Steve Meo). He has so far been getting with murder but the walls have started to close in on the serial killer.
Leo’s dead body was found in Weatherfield in recent scenes and the discovery has left ex-girlfriend Jenny Connor (Sally Ann Matthews) wanting to contact his dad Teddy, unaware that her new boyfriend Stephen has bumped them off.

As Jenny told Stephen she wanted to get in touch with Teddy to tell him about Leo’s shock death, fans of the ITV soap watching at home were left wondering if she will be silenced for good before she gets the chance to learn the dark truth about her new lover.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan penned: “I’m really worried for Jenny. With her obsessing over Teddy she could be making herself Stephen’s next victim. Another added: “I really hope that Jenny isn’t Stephen’s next victim.” A third person agreed: “When Stephen is going to brainwash another person and is still not caught out yet…guessing he’ll try and make Jenny his next victim!”
The killer businessman dumped Leo’s body on waste ground after murdering him last September. However, a digger working on the site, which was recently bought by the Bailey brothers Ed (Trevor Michael Georges) and Ronnie (Vinta Morgan,) unearthed human remains.
Speaking about the ongoing storyline, Stephen actor Todd Boyce said: “We are going to see Stephen start taking risks. As he gets more desperate, his life is starting to unravel and it is going to be interesting to see how he deals with the pressure He is bound to start making mistakes and that could be his undoing.”

Scenes have been filmed at a canal, with police and Corrie locals gathering to see another horrifying find pulled out. There’s also an airport dash for Stephen as he tries to make his getaway. As for whether he gets caught, that remains to be seen.
