Eamonn Holmes has shared a huge health update.
The fan-favourite breakfast TV host took to social media as he revealed that he’s back in the gym and working out.
He posted a picture onto his Instagram grid page using a huge contraption that he said will help with his “neuropathic connections”.

The former Sky News host suffered a horror accident in his Surrey home he shares with wife Ruth Langsford, 63, after he fell down their large spiral staircase.
This was after the former This Morning presenter underwent surgery in September 2022 after his experiences with severe back and hip pain in recent years.
Now the TV personality has given his fans an update on social media as he continues with his recovery.
Alongside the picture in the gym, Eamonn, 63, captioned the photo: “Hard to explain what this apparatus does … but it’s all about reawakening my Neuropathic connections.”
He added: “Slow progress … but great dedication to me here. I’m so desperate for results.”
But as Eamonn is getting back on his feet, he is receiving nothing but support from his fans and his fellow TV colleagues.

Former Big Brother star Imogen Thomas commented: “My mum goes to intense rehab up north for four weeks in may where she will be doing all this. Five hours a day. Can’t wait praying for results. She desperately wants this as do I!!! Good luck! Keep going.”
