Kate Ferdinand showed off her washboard abs in a sheer green dress as she and her family soaked up the sun on their lavish family holiday in “paradise.”
The blonde bombshell rarely goes a week without updating her loyal legion of fans with a series of scoring hot snaps on our feeds. And Wednesday’s (December 27) post sent heartbeats racing when she decided to melt the internet all over again with a series of sun-soaked holiday snaps.
In one snap, the former TOWIE star rocked a sheer green dress which featured a dramatic silk skirt and crop top and showcased her toned physique. She pulled her honey blonde locks up into a low bun at the nape of her neck as she posed for a sweet snap with Rio, 45.

The star opted for a full face of glamorous makeup which celebrated her youthful glow with a pinch of blush on the apples of her cheeks and a touch of bronzer on the high points of her face. The doting mum-of-two added a wash of soft brown eyeshadow on her lid which she topped with lashings of black mascara.

Kate added a swipe of nude pink lipstick on her signature pout as she shared a sweet snap with her husband. Her husband also opted for a green monochrome look which included a cotton khaki green button down shirt and striped green trousers.
He accessorised the ensemble with a gold statement necklace and a statement designer watch. Another picture showed the family in red and white outfits looking out to the sea, while a third shot showed the doting dad trying out flyboarding in an elf costume.
The 32-year-old and the former footballer were joined by their kids son Cree, two, and daughter Shea, five months, in a picturesque tropical holiday over the festive break. Rio’s children – 17-year-old Lorenz, 14-year-old Tate and Tia, 12 – who he shares with his late wife Rebecca Ellison, also joined them on the trip.

Cree could be seen riding around on his bike in one adorable photo, with Kate sharing snaps of the family together in front of the crystal blue water, despite not confirming where exactly it was. The TV personality captioned the carousel of snaps: “Christmas in paradise [heart emoji]”.
Kate’s post came after she gushed over her partner on Sunday’s Royal Carols: Together At Christmas. She reflected on the holiday period growing up as she spoke lovingly about her partner and children.
Speaking in one segment about their childhood Christmases, Rio began: “Christmas is always something that stands out, spending good family time and creating memories.” Kate added: “All being together, having fun, being in our matching PJs…
“I was an only child and I loved with just me and my mum. But that’s why I just love being surrounded by so many kids. Rio’s got a massive family, so this Christmas that we have now, is probably the Christmas like I always dreamed of!”

Taking to Instagram after the show to share the sweet clip, she penned: “I was so honoured to be a part of The Princess of Wales’ Christmas Carol Service [heart emoji]. This year the service celebrated the importance of early childhood, which we’ve spoke about so much over on @blended I’m a great believer that our childhood really does shape us into the adults we become.
“Rio & I spoke about our traditions growing up & what we now do with our family. I always dreamed of having a big family when I was young & as I look around me tonight, I have exactly that.
“I feel very blessed that no matter the ups and downs I get to hopefully make a positive impact on my 5 beautiful children’s lives. Thanks again to HRH The Princess of Wales for having us and letting us tell a small piece of our story.”
