Lily Allen and husband David Harbour spark split fears as they live ‘separate lives’

Lily Allen and her husband David Harbour are “living separate lives,” according to recent reports.

The 38-year-old hitmaker tied the knot to actor David, 48, in 2020 in Las Vegas but reports claim that the pair have “barely been together” for the past three months. The news also comes after Lily allegedly unfollowed her husband on Instagram.

Lily’s had a rather hectic schedule over the last year or so as she spent the summer in London taking part in the West End production, The Pillowman. Meanwhile, David decided to stay in New York.

Although the Smile singer shared snaps on social media of the gifts and cards David sent her while they both resided in different countries, reports claim they have grown distant. After returning to New York, Lily was last snapped alongside David in September.

Sharing further insight on their relationship, a source told The Sun: “Lily and David have barely been together for the past three months and have been living separate lives. When she was in London for the Pillowman, David was spotted at one performance in July before Lily was left by herself.

“In her downtime, Lily would be with mates in London or her kids. When she went back to the US with them, there was no sign of David.”

Last year July, Hellboy actor David spoke adoringly about his marriage to Lily. He told People: “I’m so grateful that I’m not alone anymore, and that I have someone that I can tell everything to and who can tell me everything.

“We can share this experience of walking through life together. I’m always so overcome with gratitude for that, because I’ve been alone for most of my life,” he gushed.

Concerns had been raised for Lily after fans noticed that she had unfollowed David on Instagram this week. Despite this, David is still following her on the platform.

Commenting on one of her recent photos on Instagram, a fan wrote: “I thought you were getting married again at first glance.” Replying to the post, another social media user replied: “OMG my heart would break if her and David ever divorced.”

Before marrying her actor husband, Lily dated musician Ed Simons. She later married Sam Cooper in 2011, with whom she shares two daughters, Marnie and Ethel. Opening up about her split from Copper, Lily told fans at the time “Yes, I am divorced . . . from one marriage. But I am also in another marriage currently.”

Daily Star has approached representatives of Lilly Allen and David Harbour for comment.
