Priscilla Presley 'written out and replaced' as she 'challenges Lisa Marie trust'

Priscilla Presley is reportedly facing a legal battle against late daughter Lisa Marie Presley’s trust, claiming she has been written out and replaced.

Lisa Marie died earlier this month at the age of 54 after suffering two cardiac arrests with her ex-husband Benjamin Keough trying in vain to save her life.

Priscilla has since opened up about her “painstaking” grief at the loss of her only daughter with ex-husband Elvis Presley.

Now new legal documents have allegedly been filed by Priscilla, 77, which show her challenging an amendment to her Lisa Marie’s trust.

Legal papers seen by the New York Post claim Priscilla has petitioned a judge to overturn changes made to Lisa’s trust which saw Priscilla removed as a trustee.

Priscilla allegedly claims that an “inconsistent” signature was used to rubber stamp documents meaning she was eliminated from her trustee role.

Lisa Marie originally executed a living trust on January 29 1993, apparently amending it on January 27 2010.

Priscilla will challenge her grandaughter Riley being made a trustee

The alleged change saw Priscilla and Lisa Marie’s former business manager Barry Siegel both removed from their roles as trustees with Lisa Marie’s daughter Riley Keough and her son Ben Keough – who took his own life in 2020 – taking over from them.

Lisa Marie’s business relationship with Seigel broke down after she accused him of mismanaging her assets.

But it’s reported Priscilla now wants to make the change invalid and return as a trustee as she has questioned the authenticity of the change.

The papers claim that Lisa Marie’s signature “appears inconsistent with her usual and customary signature.”

A second claim says that Priscilla’s name is spelled incorrectly and the document was not delivered to her, and that the date is also allegedly suspicious.

The legal filing states: “Lisa Marie Presley appointed her mother, Petitioner, and her former business manager, Barry Siegel, as co-Trustees effective as of the date of the 2010 restatement.

“The 2010 restatement further provides that Petitioner and Barry Siegel shall continue to serve as co-Trustees upon Lisa Marie Presley’s subsequent incapacity and/or death.
