The Hips Don’t Lie songstress revealed her stunning figure in tight black workout gear that showed off every inch of her curves as she rehearsed for her upcoming performance at MTV’s VMAs.
The 46-year-old paired the black attire with some tan-heeled boots that laced up as she lifted one of her legs up high.

In the snaps that she shared on social media, the star could seen stretching on the floor in numerous positions before grabbing a silver guitar and taking to a microphone.
The hitmaker captioned the post: “Guess which song this pose is from? Can’t wait for Tuesday!”

Her long blonde tresses fell around her face framing her facial features and the pop star appeared to have gone makeup-free, which highlighted her natural beauty.
The Colombian pop star was preparing for the VMAs next week, where the star will be performing and honoured with the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award.
As well as that, she is up for four Moon Person trophies, including Artist of the Year, Best Collaboration for TQG with Karol G as well as Best Latin Song for both TQG and Acróstico.
