The Chase fans swoon over stunning contestant who sailed through to final

The Chase viewers were clearly distracted during the latest episode after they were left swooning over a hot player on the show.

Enthusiastic Emily came onto the quizzing programme and impressed presenter Bradley Walsh and viewers at home during the cash builder round.

But as well as Emily’s knowledge, her beauty kept fans on Twitter talking and on their toes.

Heading over to the social media platform, one viewer penned: “Marry me Emily,” followed by a strong of love struck eyes emojis.

Another added: “Emily is cute and smart deserved to go through, good team.”

While a third added: “Hello Emily,” followed by a thumbs up gif.

When faced with Chaser Paul Sinah, Emily had a number of difficult questions.

With the Chaser on her back, it was looking unlikely that Emily would join her teammates in the final after bagging £5,000 in the cash builder round.

When she did mange to make it through, fans at home congratulated her on her win.

Jumping back onto Twitter, one spectator penned: “Wow superb answer from Emily. I thought that was a tough Question- Well done. Which of these US States is closest to Mexico.”

“Well done, Emily,” another echioed.

But when in the final round alongside her team members Trevor and Mark, viewers noticed that Emily didn’t answer as much questions as she could of.

Observing that she wasn’t pulling her weight as much, one fan took to Twitter and wrote: “Feel free to join in, Emily…”

While a third sarcastically penned: “You’re really helping this team, Emily.”

Despite the teams best efforts in the final they didn’t manage to answer enough answers collectively and Chaser Paul was able to catch them with ease.

Speaking on his victory, Paul said that the team needed more than 14 correct answers to beat him.

Fans at home also shared their thoughts on the team’s loss too, with one social media user writing: “Love when the Chaser acts all dumb giving them hope. Then takes it all away. Although I expected him to give this one because of the charity sob story.”

While another questioned: “Why do so many teams collapse in the final? Is it because the music is extra loud and off putting?”
