The inside of the legendary Big Brother house has been revealed as it awaits the arrival of new housemates.
After a hiatus of five years, the show delighted viewers by making a comeback last year. ITV took over the reality series, which had previously been broadcast on Channel 4 before switching to Channel 5 in 2011, with Will Best and AJ Odudu stepping into the presenter roles.
Before the contestants step into the house, OK! got a glimpse at the not-so-modest dwelling and forecast the areas thought to be the hotbeds of drama this season.

The house boasts a vibrant walkway adorned with pink walls and neon lights outlining the arches, complemented by a multi-coloured carpet.
In the bedroom the theme continues with various shades of pink and purple – plus, a fully equipped beauty station in the middle of the room, reports OK!.
One of the most frequented areas, the living room, features a blend of pink and blue furniture, complete with plush mustard yellow sofas.
As for the prime spots for gossip and drama, the house has plenty. OK! predicts the bedroom will be the main hub for scandalous whispers, particularly as it houses a central double bed separate from the others.
The mezzanine level room, one of the most private spaces in the house, is likely to host many serious conversations. This year, it’s decorated with faux plants and throw cushions, along with a lengthy white sofa.
The loo is set to become the next hot gossip spot among housemates, with plenty of space to natter away in secret. Not just a place for a quick dip, it boasts both a tub and a shower, alongside lush pink armchairs and cosy nooks for chinwags.
Expect sparks to fly by the garden’s steamy hot tub, now sitting pretty next to a fresh, trendy paint-dripping feature wall.
Big Brother’s official X/Twitter dropped snaps of the revamped crib last Friday (October 4), sending fans into a tizz over the stylish overhaul.
One fan gushed: “I gotta say I am loving the new Big Brother house, the set design is really giving and it is honestly so aesthetically pleasing to look at.”
Another added their two cents: “This is one of my favourite designs for a Big Brother house woah.” Meanwhile, a third was all admiration: “Wow this is so gorgeous.”
Though the beds are still untouched, come Sunday, 16 fresh faces will make themselves at home, bracing for a six-week stint in the iconic Big Brother gaze.
