Gogglebox icon Daniel Lustig-Webb has shown off his body with a towel selfie just days after the news broke that his husband, Stephen, and he were filing for divorce.
The post, which left little to the imagination, comes after the news broke that the popular Channel 4 couple had reached the conclusion that it would be best to go separate ways. With the divorce likely weighing heavy on his mind, Daniel has chosen to focus on his fitness journey, uploading the picture to Instagram in an effort to show off his toned physique.
The reality star posted the image, in which he was tensing his biceps in a pink and white towel, with the caption: “Back to my workout with @andrewfarnsworth.coach.”

Earlier this week, the 43-year-old, who joined the famous television programme in 2019, was spotted without his wedding ring. Facing the music, the couple agreed to release a joint statement in conjunction with The Sun.

In a testament to their maturity, Daniel and his 52-year-old ex-husband have remained friends and consequently made light of what was, in all likelihood, a very tough decision.
Prioritising humour over seriousness, the pair uploaded a video of themselves riding a tandem bike. Daniel captioned the clip: “Riding tandem straight out of this marriage #beryl #bff.”

Unsurprisingly, the breaking news caught the attention of their beloved fans, who rushed to the comment section to offer their words of support.
One individual wrote: “So sad to read this… love you two… but wishing you both the happiness you deserve for the future.” While a second added: “Aww noo, you two were great together on GB.”
A third Gogglebox enthusiast said: “Sorry to hear you are getting divorced. Best wishes to you both for the future. Hope you can remain friends.”

Stephen is undeniably one of the faces of Gogglebox, having originally let the TV crew into his house back in 2013, while he was in a relationship with Chris Ashby-Seed.
However, the pair struggled to get along, with Stephen’s ex walking away in 2017. Subsequently, the icon’s mother, Pat, took over the mantel until Daniel entered the picture in 2019.
