Khloe Kardashian’s exact daily diet – from breakfast to lunch and dinner

When it comes to the Kardashian-Jenner family, everyone is always eager to know their latest activities and trends they’re setting.

The Kardashian sisters – Khloe, Kim, and Kourtney – are famous for their salads, which have become a diet staple for many of their fans. The trio is often seen shaking salads on their reality show, sparking a ‘salad shake’ trend that has gone viral on TikTok.

But their obsession doesn’t stop at salads. They’re also known for their rigorous workout routines to maintain their enviable figures.

The sisters are mindful about their food intake, ensuring they don’t consume excessive sugar and fat, but also indulging guilt-free when they fancy.

Khloe, in particular, is often lauded for her physique and how she maintains it. She flaunted her renowned ‘revenge body’ following her split from ex-professional basketball player, Lamar Odom.

So, as the reality star celebrates her 40th birthday, here’s a glimpse into her dietary habits that help her stay fit while still enjoying her favourite foods. After all, it’s all about balance, right?

Starting her day as early as 5.30am with a pre-kids wake-up workout, she follows up with breakfast consisting of a protein shake with almond butter. She also opts for a piece of fruit.

Lunchtime sees her tucking into a salad, specifically a Chinese chicken salad. To add variety to her meals, she opts for fish and vegetables for dinner, accompanied by a special cauliflower mash she prepares herself.

Just like many of us, Khloe enjoys nibbling on snacks. However, between meals, she cleverly prefers to select healthier options that not only satiate her hunger but also supply vital nutrients to her body.

Quite often, she’s spotted munching on homemade hummus, veggies and even sipping water (sometimes infused with fruit) – a habit she swears by throughout the day. All these combined provide her the necessary fuel for her daytime workouts and minding her kids.

Her customary nocturnal snack comprises a bowl brimming with assorted fruits garnished with plain Greek yoghurt.

As cited by people.com from her book entitled ‘Strong Looks Better Naked’, she quotes: “I think most diets are torture, which is why I don’t believe in them. But, as is true with exercise, when you make a change and feel the benefits, you want to stick with it. And you know what else? If I want a piece of cake one night, I’ll have my piece of cake! “.
