P Diddy’s “freak off NDA” has been revealed.
TMZ reported that they have obtained a “standard NDA Combs asked party attendees to sign”. The letter was branded as a “pretty standard non-disclosure agreement” that prevents signees from sharing information about the I’ll Be Missing You hitmaker, as well as his family current or former partners, spouses, friends or business associates.
The publication reported that the document tells signees not to photograph, film or record, or have another person do so, P Diddy or anyone close to him without his prior written consent.

TMZ also said that the document “specifically names social media sites where attendees can’t post photos Diddy doesn’t sign off on”. Anyone that signed the NDA was informed “not to give interviews, write books or otherwise disseminate information” about the rapper or his parties if consent was not given.
It was reportedly that the “basic gist” of having partygoers sign the NDA was that consent had to be written by Diddy himself to share any information. Interestingly, TMZ noted the unusual length of the NDA.
“Worth noting…the NDA lasts for the life of the artist plus 20 years after their death or a grand total of 70 years, whichever is longer. The length of NDAs varies from agreement to agreement, but this is certainly on the longer side.”
P Diddy was arrested on 16 September and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has “categorically denied” all the allegations made against him and is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in Brooklyn.
The rapper is awaiting trial. In recent news, Diddy – real name Sean Combs – had his honorary key to Miami Beach revoked following the charges. An inside source told TMZ that the move was made at a hearing and “yielded a unanimous vote”.
Mayor Steven Meiner has yet to sign the resolution.
