Love Island 2021 has already seen the exit of one of its 11 Islanders – a mere 48 hours after the series kicked off.
It comes after the series’ first bombshell shock entered the villa – Financial Services Executive Chloe Burrows, who left a voice note to the lads asking them to take her out on a date.
That means one of the girls has been left without a man, although it has not yet been revealed who Chloe has chosen to couple up with.
And, as that Islander will be left single, it means they will be dumped from the villa in record time for the show.
Though the name of the contestant hasn’t yet been revealed, it has been confirmed as the earliest exit ever, ahead of series’ five’s Callum McLeod, who left on Day Five, and series’ six’s Ollie Williams on Day Four.
One contestant usually leaves the villa on Day Six – and it’s never been as early as this before.
The Islander to be first out of the villa will be revealed in Wednesday night’s show, after a cliffhanger left fans fuming on Tuesday.
Fans were left hanging to see who Chloe would choose to couple up with, with the ‘Tomorrow Night’ teaser informing viewers that “someone’s in for a shock”.
The Islanders could all be seen wearing shocked expressions, as Toby muttered: “What the f***?”, and Sharon echoed: “What?”
Chloe’s entrance and subsequent cliffhanger left plenty of fans fuming that they’d waited a whole episode and still not found out which boy she’d chosen.
At the end of Tuesday’s installation of Love Island, Chloe laid out her reasons for the choice, as she remarked that he’s “absolutely gorgeous”.
“When I first saw him, I thought he was absolutely gorgeous,” she gushed.
“Even though we haven’t really spent any time together at all, the time that we did spend was just so fab.
“The most important thing is you made me feel really comfortable which was my number one thing coming in,” the blonde beauty continued.
So far, the existing line-up of couples is: Kaz and Toby; Faye and Brad; Liberty and Jake; Sharon and Hugo; and Shannon and Aaron.

A few of the couples admittedly don’t seem too loved up, with Sharon complaining that Hugo is “too shy” for her.
But with Chloe thrown into the mix – who will be first dumped from the Majorcan villa?
Love Island continues on Wednesday at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVHub.
