However, some of her more daring wardrobe choices have sparked such a reaction that she has faced the brunt of thousands of Ofcom complaints.
As the blonde beauty returns to the ice to present alongside her This Morning co-star Phillip Schofield, here are some of Holly’s most outrageous looks.
‘Forgetting’ top
Holly has previously wowed viewers in a raunchy lingerie-style corset dress which left some fans teasing whether she had forgotten to wear her dress top on the show.
Some social media users posted at the time about the racy dress, as one wrote: “I’m sorry but I can’t help think Holly forgot to put her dress on top of her slip!”
Another added: “Why is Holly Willoughby on TV in her underwear?”
A third was equally surprised, writing: “Think holly forgot to put her top on.”
The fun-filled presenter stunned in a glamorous blush coloured gown showcased by a bustier bodice and stylish tiered skirt.
Holly’s bridal-style flowing dress was adorned in hundreds of pearls, with boning detail running throughout and around the bra cups.
It was designed by Dana Harel, whose eponymous label specialises in high-end bridal and evening-wear gowns for the fashion-forward woman.
Frontless display
The TV star has also dazzled in an alluring black low-cut gown in 2020.
Just days after her beloved co-star, Phillip Schofield came out as gay, Holly stole some of the limelight in a poignant week for the pair.
Best mate Holly shone in a stunning number by Berta as the figure-hugging outfit was covered in sparkly sequins and feathers.
Showing off an impressive amount of cleavage, Holly stole the show as she struck a pose backstage at the ITV studios.
She added Susannah Lovis jewels to the gorgeous ensemble and wore her hair up in a stylish do.
Red hot
Way back in 2011, Holly opted for a daring plunging red gown to get pulses racing.
The show kicked off with a spectacular opening performance by British ice-skating royalty Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, but it was Holly who stole the show with her red-hot outfit.
Holly’s Suzanne Neville gown was a big hit as she still looked stunning covering her pregnancy curves.
Her silky satin floor-length scarlet red gown was corseted to compliment her baby curves as she stressed she wanted to feel glamorous and sexy despite her bump.
She said at the time: “I think all pregnant women look great. It’s a beautiful time in your life and pregnancy bumps should be celebrated as sexy and feminine, not hidden.”
Throwback white number
A fan account for Holly cheekily shared a jaw-dropping throwback from DOI in January 2018.
They posted a photo from a decade earlier of bay-faced Holly wearing a pleasant white gown on one of her early shows.
But accompanying that photo was a stunning image of the presenter wowing in a much more sophisticated white figure-hugging dress – and like a fine wine – proving Holly certainly gets sexier with age.
She joked on social media: “Thank you to @hollywillsclub for pointing out these two photos were taken 10 years and a day apart!
“Bizarre coincidence…time flies when you’re having fun and all that.”
Plunging black dress
Holly looked drop-dead gorgeous in an ankle-high couture Versace dress.
The blonde presenter wowed in the strapy outfit which showcased a long slit up her left leg revealing her thigh.
There was also an icon plunging neckline which emphasised her bulging cleavage in a sexy cut.
At the top the dress had thick straps which flowed over her slender shoulders, giving her fans plenty to admire.
She added glamorous black high heels with the outfit as she posed sexily with one hand on her hip.
Ofcom complaints
It’s not always been praise for the star who was hit with a series of Ofcom complaints for one of her more daring numbers.
Her eye-popping plunging pink gown on the first episode of the current series drew plenty of criticism according to the TV watchdog.
Over 50 viewers thought Holly’s dress not appropriate for the family show and aired their objections to the outfit.
Others believed the gown, which was covered in glittering jewels and sequins, as well as flowing feathers, was too sexy for the early-evening show.
