Jasmine Harman from A Place in the Sun burst into tears in the latest episode of the travel series as the programme visited Cyprus.
The presenter, 47, engaged her followers on Instagram as she toured the sun-kissed location in the wake of co-host Jonnie Irwin’s cancer diagnosis.
She said: “Today at 3pm on Channel 4 a very special episode of A Place in the Sun. It was probably the episode where I cried the most EVER! With lovely Themis and Paolo in Kapparis in Cyprus.”

Fans were quick to react, with one saying: “I’ve been in Cyprus for a month and don’t want to go back to England. Sadly have to go back Sunday.”
A second commented: “Big hugs Jasmine. Chin up hun!! I knew you would be feeling very emotional. Take care. Thinking of you. xxxx,” as a third added: “Ahh we walked up those steps this year when we stayed in protaras. What a peaceful place and wonderful views.”

Jasmine recently shared a sweet message for co-star Jonnie Irwin amid his cancer battle, posting a picture of the pair on Instagram and writing a lengthy caption addressed to him.
