Loose Women and ITV News presenter Charlene White has said that she won’t hold back with questioning her campmates when she enters the I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! jungle.
In an interview with the Daily Star, Charlene, 42, said: “I’m not saying I’m going to be yelling at people and interrogating them or anything like that. I have a genuine love for sitting and talking to people, that’s why I do the job I do.”
However, she made it clear that “just because” her campmates are celebrities, it doesn’t mean they will get any special treatment from her.

She explained: “But just because someone is a celebrity doesn’t mean that they can’t get a telling off from me.”
Despite not being afraid to waggle her finger at her campmates, the self-proclaimed “outspoken” broadcaster said that she believes that this year’s contestants need to live in harmony throughout their few weeks in the jungle.
Charlene said: “I’m quite outspoken by nature and I think to make a harmonious living experience you’ve got to be honest with each other about stuff because otherwise the whole thing doesn’t really work.”
The programme will return to Australia this year after two years in Wales due to the coronavirus outbreak.
The popular ITV survival show’s hosts, Ant and Dec, have expressed their excitement about returning to the jungle.
In the announcement for the new series on This Morning back in May, Declan Donnelly, 46, joked: “As long as they let us in the country, we’ll be back (there).”
They said that although they had a “lovely” time in Wales, they couldn’t wait to get back to the Australian Outback.
Dec continued: “We had two lovely years in Wales.
“We really enjoyed our time in Wales but the show has to be in Australia, we have to go back.”
ITV also released a statement on the programme’s return.
In the statement, the broadcaster said: “”Returning to its home in Australia after a two-year break, our celebrities will leave their plush pads and luxuries far behind as they spend up to three weeks taking on the Australian jungle with a whole host of surprises created for them.”
