Strictly Come Dancing viewers were left feeling rather baffled on Sunday night as Maisie Smith found herself in the dreaded dance off again.
The 19-year-old EastEnders star and her professional dance partner Gorka Márquez went up against Caroline Quentin and her pro partner Johannes Radebe.
It was the second time that Maisie had to fight to save her place in the BBC competition, and she looked absolutely gutted.
Strictly fans were just as unhappy and took to Twitter to vent about it.
“What the actual hell is Maisie doing in the dance off again? After that dance? Jeez the British public are harsh,” one person tweeted.
A second added: “The British public really don’t know how to vote do they?”
A third person posted: “Really feel for Maisie right now. Must be tough mentally being high on the judges’ leaderboard and ending up in the dance off.”
A fourth viewer asked: “What is everyone’s problem with Maisie? She’s a confident young woman and I think people don’t like that for some reason.”

However, Maisie found herself going through to the next round of the dancing competition as the judging panel decided to save her and Gorka.
Sadly, it was the end of the road for Caroline, 60, as she became the fourth celebrity to leave the competition.
When asked by Strictly host Tess Daly if she had fulfilled her childhood dream of becoming a dancer on the show Caroline said: “Yeah in a way slightly more than that because I have had the honour and privilege of working with some of the greatest dancers this country has ever known.
“I mean I really believe it, I think they are absolutely fantastic. But of course my greatest gift coming on this show is this man.”
When asked if he had any words for Caroline, Johannes replied: “Oh my gosh, what a woman, thank you, thank you again, thank you, thank you, thank you.
“I don’t know what to say, because it was a beautiful one, I had a beautiful journey with you, thank you my darling, thank you.”
The remaining couples will take to the dance floor next week, when Strictly Come Dancing returns on Saturday 28th November at 7.15pm.
