Arnold Schwarzenegger, 73, has revealed he has undergone a second heart operation, sharing a photo from his recovery bed in hospital.
His first heart surgery was in 2018 to replace a pulmonary valve.
The father-of-five took to Twitter to share a photo of himself after the surgery, telling his followers that he was doing well.
He said: “Thanks to the team at the Cleveland Clinic, I have a new aortic valve to go along with my new pulmonary valve from my last surgery.
“I feel fantastic and have already been walking the streets of Cleveland enjoying your amazing statues. Thank you to every doc and nurse on my team!”

A faulty aortic valve can cause problems with blood flow, forcing the heart to work harder to pump blood around the body.
Proving his point, that he’d been up and about, Arnie also shared a few snaps of him walking around Cleveland and posing with some statues.
The Conan the Barbarian actor was quick to attract a lot of attention, with many of his 4.6million followers sending him well wishes.

One said: “Look, I’m only a guy, but you’ve got a whole lot of fans pulling for you, Arnold. Be well and stay safe. There are too few heroes left in the world.”
Another told him: “You must be protected at all costs.”
A third joked: “The Determinedator. Wishing you a safe and restful recovery.”
Another, referencing his character in Terminator, said: “I guess replacing failing parts is easy when you’re a machine. Stay strong!”
A fifth mused: “That was a speedy recovery. If not you, who then?”
And someone else added: “I am very pleased to read your surgery went well and you are out enjoying Cleveland. It looks like you have some fantastic autumn weather there too. Don’t exert yourself too much! Best wishes for a full, speedy recovery.”
It’s expected that Arnold will continue to live a full life, as an aortic valve repair can add years to a patient’s life.
