Rio Ferdinand’s wife, Kate, has revealed that she has been going through “bad days” while in lockdown with her family as the coronavirus continues to sweep across the UK.
Kate, 28, has taken time away from homeschooling her step-children and posting workout videos, instead making the decision to answer questions from doting fans on picture sharing site, Instagram.
She recently revealed that the Ferdinand family including Manchester United legend Rio, Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11, and Tia, eight, had all been keeping busy by taking part in The Body Coach Joe Wick’s online PE classes.
The blonde beauty added that taking part in the exercises as a family was a good way of keeping good energy within the family home.

During her question and answer session, one fan asked the former reality star for advice on how to deal with anxiety – adding that they’re suffering from the lockdown as they stay at home with their children.
Kate replied: “Most importantly, I hope you’re ok.
“Honestly, I have generally been feeling quite good but I have had some bad days where I have been feeling really really uneasy and overwhelmed.”

She added that she struggles without a routine and has ensured she made one during the lockdown.
Kate continued: “I’m quite good at recognising what I struggle with so I have tried my best to sort some kind of routine to stay on track & have some small goals – even if a goal is cleaning the kitchen.
“The small goals help me stay focused and my mind busy.”

However, she also admitted that it was ok to have bad days as the nation deals with unprecedented times.
“Saying that I’m not too hard on myself if I am struggling,” she added.
“Tomorrow we have decided to have a rest day, relax, try not to do too many chores and jobs and I am telling myself THAT’S OK!”
Kate will be sharing her workouts during live videos every Wednesday and Sunday at 10am, meaning her legion of fans can also join in.
