Lisa Appleton is back to share her pearls of wisdom, in a bid to sort out Daily Star Online readers’ hanky-panky horrors and nookie nightmares.
The Big Brother beauty was sharing role-play scenarios for one couple in lockdown, and this week, she is sharing advice on what a married couple can do, after coronavirus put a stop to their dogging plans.
‘Coronavirus scuppered dogging plans’
Dear Lisa,
My wife and I have been married for nearly 35 years, after tying the knot in our early twenties.
We have had many wonderful years together, and have four children and seven grandchildren together, and we haven’t let the spark die either.
Five years ago, the two of us joined a local dogging club, as our sex life had had a bit of a dead end. While we were both very nervous and self-conscious at first, we haven’t looked back since and regular go dogging two-three times a week.
However, since the coronavirus outbreak, dogging is off the cards for now, as we know the importance of social distancing.
But, I’m worried that without this taboo pastime, things could start to go stale again.
Do you have any tips on things we could do together in the bedroom to ensure the spark stays alive?
Thanks

Lisa says:
Well, it’s great that you’ve had 35 happy years together, and you certainly know how to spice your love life up.
You know, you’re dogging two-three times a week, and that’s kept it all spicy and fun, but now we’re in lockdown and that’s come as bit of a shock to everyone, but especially to people that are used to doing it outdoors.
So anyone that is used to doing outdoors, and are no longer able to temporarily, it is a bit of a shock.
So, what you’re going to have to do, is I would suggest to keep your spark alive I would watch some porn.
And that way you can sort of feel like you’re being creative – you know, similar to dogging. And that there might be sites that have videos geared towards dogging fantasies, so that way you can feel like you’re somewhat involved with it.
Sex is important at the moment to keep you occupied.
Also, you could dress up and you could do as a striptease and make it as erotic as you can – however far you want to go to keep that spice going.
So, I think those sexual tips will help you to just get through it temporarily while we’re in lockdown as you’re so used to dogging.
As you are obviously a couple that’s a bit more outrageous, rather than those who are into the standard missionary.
So I am confident that will keep the excitement going.
