Love Island beauty Savanna Darnell looked completely different as she chatted to Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary during Friday’s edition of This Morning.
The reality star, who appeared in the fourth series of the ITV2 dating show in 2018, bravely shaved off her blonde locks to raise money for the Make A Wish foundation after leaving the villa.
She styled her hair in stunning long brunette braids for her latest television performance.
She has been living in New York and recently surprised her family by returning to the UK for her mum’s birthday.
Savanna shared the emotional reunion in a video clip posted on her YouTube channel.

The footage, which shows various family members screaming with excitement, has since been watching over 3,000 times.
Alison and Dermot featured Savanna’s video as part of the Friday Feel Good segment and chatted to the former islander via a video link about the sweet reunion video.
Savanna enjoyed a brief period of fame in the summer of 2018 as one of five girls who entered the reality TV show later in the series.

Last year, she opened up about the distress of participating in Love Island and revealed it triggered her depression.
The singer and dancer, who was dropped from the island just five days after entering Casa Amor, told how she sank into depression and was crying every day, and realises with hindsight that she should have sought help from a therapist or life coach.

Speaking in a candid YouTube video in 2019, Savanna said: “I didn’t know how to cope with life, it completely changed,’ she said. ‘On top of that I was reading comments every single day about my hair, my appearance.
“I remember some horrible comments saying that I was the ugliest islander ever and that I should get breast cancer and die.
“It was a horrible time in my life, it was just horrendous. I don’t know how people can make people feel like that.”

Savanna is the daughter of August Darnell, an American musician who performs as Kid Creole and is best known for co-founding Dr. Buzzard’s Original Savannah Band before later forming Kid Creole and the Coconuts.
The TV star got a very early introduction to fame after she featured on the packaging of nappies as a baby.
Since appearing on Love Island, Savanna has appeared in the touring production of Thriller Live.
