Orphan hit cinemas 13 years ago and the show’s child star is unrecognisable since appearing on the show.
Isabelle Fuhrman, who played nine-year-old Esther, was dubbed a “horror icon” by fans of the movie, who were stunned by her ability to switch between an innocent child and a deranged killer.

Isabelle, now 24, has starred in a number of TV shows and films since her stellar performance in the movie, such as The Hunger Games and Escape Room: Tournament of Champions.
These days she looks a world away from how she did as she looks as nine-year-old Esther and often takes to Instagram to share glam snaps – that leave her fans mesmerised.
In one snap she drew attention to her assets in a green bikini as she sat in a beachside bar in an unknown tropical location.

The bombshell, who wore her hair tied up, gave a wink to the camera, as she held a cocktail and grinned.
In another snap, Esther oozed sex appeal in a swanky white blouse.
The star styled her blonde locks straight and accentuated her pretty features with a light dusting of blusher and red lipstick.

The stunning star was also seen perched on a stool in a garden exposing her toned midrift in a black boob tube, which she paired with matching shorts.
Isabelle grinned as she gripped a glass of booze while sitting on the stone seat in a garden beside a tropical plant.
Isabelle reprised her role of Esther once again in a prequel to the film which was released in August.

Discussing Orphan: First Kill, Isabelle she told The Hollywood Reporter she found it challenging to returning to play Esther.
She also explained how the movie was the first one to feature an adult actor returning to play the role of a child they first portrayed when they were actually kids.
She said: “Will Smith, for example, recently did that movie Gemini Man where they de-age somebody, but to reprise a role that you literally did as a kid as an adult has never been done before.

“It’s kind of impossible. And we did it. We didn’t use special effects, we didn’t use any crazy makeup tricks.
“And I think that’s what makes the movie work, is because you really can’t figure out how I look like a nine-year-old, but I do, and it’s really creepy.”
