Lily James has revealed she had to be sewn into the stunning gown she wore for the 2022 Emmy Awards.
The Mamma Mia actress, 33, exuded glamour as she took to the red carpet wearing the fitted Versace ensemble which boasted a plunging neckline and emphasised her miniscule waist.
Working her best angles for the camera, Lily looked nothing short of sensational as she paraded her svelte frame in the shimmering metallic garment.

She accessorized with a pair of diamond earrings alongside a slew of gold bracelets and wore her locks in sleek waves.
But looking that incredible clearly doesn’t come easy as the actress opened up about squeezing into the corseted number.
She told Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet: “I am sewn into it at the back and it’s corseted. They designed it for me. The people that made this dress are phenomenal. We had so many fittings perfecting it and I’m so lucky.”
The British-born beauty was nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie for her role as Pamela Anderson in the Hulu series, Pam and Tommy.
The Cinderella actress lost out to Amanda Seyfried who took home the gong for her role in The Dropout.
It seems Lily’s custom-made gown paid homage to the Emmy-nominated role she portrayed as it’s reminiscent to the dress that Pamela wore to the world premiere of Baywatch in 2017.
The Downton Abbey star was not the only one who turned heads on the red carpet as she was followed by the likes of Hollywood starlet, Elle Fanning.
The 24-year-old ascended onto the red carpet in a show-stopping black gown which boasted light pink lining.
Elle oozed elegance in the strapless gown which she teamed with a luxurious diamond necklace.
The blonde beauty was competing for her first ever Emmy for her role as Catherine the Great in the Hulu series The Great, but lost out to Jean Smart who played legendary Las Vegas comic Deborah Vance in HBO Max’s Hacks.
