Piers Morgan 'could take GMB job back' if ITV meet 'conditions' after Meghan row

Piers Morgan could return to Good Morning Britain if ITV put the right offer on the table, a celebrity psychic has predicted.

But her “mind blowing” Tarot cards have suggested the bold broadcaster would only return to his ITV desk if certain conditions were met following his infamous Meghan Markle row.

It comes seven years after ITV announced they’d made Piers a permanent host on the daytime show.

Everyone remembers the infamous moment Piers, 56, stormed off the GMB set during a furious row about Meghan’s Oprah interview in March 2021.

Piers had decided he’d had enough and walked out of the studio after a heated clash over the duchess with his own ITV colleague Alex Beresford.

He then quit his GMB hosting job later that day and has since taken his talents to NewsUK’s TalkTV channel, where he hosts his own chat show, Uncensored.

But celebrity psychic Inbaal Honigman has hinted that Piers could make an epic GMB comeback if ITV handed him the olive branch.

She revealed that her Tarot “disagrees” with Piers if he says he’ll never present the show again, and that he’d “more than likely” go along for the experience.

Inbaal said: “In the context of Piers Morgan presenting GMB in the future, this combination of cards suggests that the door is somewhat open, and if the offer was made to him, he’d accept it. He’d have some conditions, but he’d be sitting in front of that camera, if conditions were met.

“His assertion that he’s not remotely interested, is malleable. If the right offer were on the table, he’d give it some thought, and more than likely, go along for the experience.”

The psychic went on to explain that he’d first appear as a guest on the show before taking to his hosting desk, and that he felt like he was being ‘picked on’ by colleagues.

Inbaal said: “The appearance of the Hermit card tells me that the contact will be made initially with Piers as the subject of a human interest story, he’d pop on as a guest to share something new he’s working on.

“While communicating with the studio, he’ll come to realise that the atmosphere has changed, some of his biggest nemeses in the studio are gone, and he’d be willing to try again, under a different administration. The 8 of Swords tells me that the issue was one or two people who he perceived as unfair, and he felt that they were picking on him. If they’re gone, he’d be willing to consider coming back.”

Piers has previously teased returning to GMB when he announced he was appearing on ITV’s Lorraine, telling fans: “May even storm back onto @GMB while I wait, & get those ratings back up.”

However, he’s also ruled out a return as he told the Daily Mail: “I wouldn’t go back, not without a public apology and I’m not going to.”

Explaining her Tarot findings in detail, Inbaal said: “In order to ascertain whether Piers Morgan would ever appear as anchor on Good Morning Britain again, I drew two Tarot cards. One for him presenting, and one for him never presenting the show again, to see which card wins the match. I then added two cards to clarify each position.

“For presenting the show, he’s got a Major Arcana card called VIII Adjustment, more commonly known as the Justice card. It’s a card of balance, communication, objectivity but also criticism. A card which could well describe Morgan himself when he presented the show.

“I added another card to the ‘yes’ side, and got the IX Hermit, another Major Arcana card. A card of planning and deep thinking. The Hermit represents hidden wisdom.

“For the prospect of never presenting GMB again, Piers got a Minor Arcana card called the 9 of Wands, a card of strength, resilience, and standing in the face of adversity. A bit like Morgan’s departure from the show.

“An additional card on the ‘no’ side turned up as the 8 of Swords, a card of distress, interference and unease.”
