Strictly Come Dancing contestant Helen Skelton was tasked with showing off her sexy side on the BBC show which she admitted to finding hard.
During her training session, Helen’s dance partner Gorka Márquez told Helen she needed to be sexy during the routine in order for it to have more impact.
Placing mirrors around her to enhance charisma, Gorka said: “So we’re working on Helen’s sexiness.”

However Countryfile star Helen who said she’s “not sexy” struggled to portray sex appeal.
She confessed: “I’m not sexy, I’m functional, I’m efficient.”
But fans at home picked up on Helen’s comments and headed to Twitter to share their thoughts.
One person wrote: “Helen thinks she isn’t sexy?! Ironic that makes her even sexier!”
Another fan said: “When Helen said ‘I’m not sexy, I’m functional and efficient.’, I felt that on an emotional level.”
A third viewer penned: “I think @HelenSkelton is going to go on a journey. She talks herself down so much. YOU ARE SEXY HELEN! You’re going to unlock it and remember that you aren’t only a mum, you’re beautiful and lush and a great dancer.”
Meanwhile a fourth viewer shared: “Helen is sexy.”
Helen and Gorka received a total score of 27 for their energetic performance but Helen was criticised by the judges for her bent leg.
Judge Craig Revel Horwood said: Technically it was very poor I’m afraid.
“It will never look good unless you’ve go a straight leg darling and they were bent all the way through, so for me it wasn’t great.”
However the other judges made sure they jumped to Helen’s defence by chiming in on Craig’s comments stating that her leg wasn’t bent “all the way through”.
Earlier this year, TV presenter Helen opened up on her split from ex-husband Richie Myler with whom she shares three children with.
In April, Helen released a statement which read: “Very sad to say Richie and I are no longer a couple. He has left the family home.
“We will be doing our best to co-parent our small children.”
