1000lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton’s huge weight loss total is ‘more than she thought’

1000lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton has continued to shed the pounds as her incredible total weight loss is revealed.

Tammy, 36, rose to fame alongside her sister, Amy Slaton, 35, on the hit TLC show documenting their joint weight loss journey and once weighed in at a whopping 717lbs (more than 51 stone).

For years she’s been in and out of weight loss rehab clinics in a desperate battle to save her health and it was reported earlier this year she’d managed to lose 300lbs.

But in recent months she’s started showing off an even more slimmed-down frame and it’s now been revealed that her weight loss figure has reached a staggering new total.

According to The US Sun, the reality star has now lost “nearly 400lbs”.

Revealing the huge weight loss total, an insider close to Tammy told the outlet the numbers even shocked her.

The reality star apparently thought she weighed 370 pounds but was pleasantly surprised when she went for her latest weigh-in and discovered she was more than 30lbs lighter.

“Tammy went to a rehab centre last Thursday and got weighed. She actually lost more than she had thought,” the source said.

They added: “She’s down to 334 and doing awesome.”

The source claimed Tammy hadn’t relapsed since leaving rehab earlier this year and is determined to keep at it.

She’s been able to stay on track with her weight loss plan despite losing her estranged husband, Caleb Willingham, who tragically died last month.

The couple met at the same weight loss rehab and tied the knot in November 2022 within weeks of meeting each other after a whirlwind romance.

But according to the source, their relationship reportedly began struggling because Caleb didn’t have the “drive” to get better like Tammy did.

Despite this, his death has been “devastating” for Tammy who said “she could have easily been him”.

The couple were married for five months before they reportedly split and were believed to have been planning a divorce when Caleb’s death was announced on July 1.

In a tribute posted to her Instagram last week, Tammy shared a series of photos of her with her arms wrapped around Caleb, captioning the post: “Rip sweet angel you will forever be missed and loved so much thank you Caleb for showing me real love and happiness”.
