Love Island bombshell Ellie Spence has dished the dirt on what viewers don’t see on the ITV2 dating show.
The 25-year-old reality star has revealed that contestants “vape and smoke” in the villa.
In previous years, fans would see the group having a natter while puffing on a cigarette but ITV have since banned smoking scenes following complaints from angry viewers.

Ellie was asked by her followers on Instagram whether anyone vaped or smoked in the villa.
She confessed that “everyone” in the villa died and that it would be a “fight” to who went out first.
The blonde beauty also revealed that there are set times when the Islanders can go out to vape or smoke and that they have to “ask” crew members before going outside.
Ellie admitted that she would go outside of these times due to being “stressed out”.
Taking to her Instagram Story, she said: “Literally everyone smoked or vaped. So we would all fight to go out at like dinner time and lunchtime. You could really only go in those times.
“I used to go at breakfast, I was that stressed and I would be like ‘let me go out for a vape’. You would have to ask and stand by the door.
“One day I just opened the door, I was so stressed and no one was replying to me so I just opened the door and I was like ‘I’m going for a vape’.
She continued: “They were like ‘what are you doing’ over the tannoy, the tannoy thing was so funny, and I was like ‘guys I need to go’.”
Since leaving the villa, Ellie has taken to her social media platforms to share her experiences and gave fans of the show a chance to ask questions.
She also recorded a YouTube video for her channel where she said she lost a stone in weight in the villa.
Love Island airs nightly on ITV2 and ITVX at 9pm
