Justin Timberlake ‘stressed’ after Britney Spears’ bombshell claims in memoir

Justin Timberlake is feeling “stressed” after Britney Spears released her tell-all memoir yesterday which was filled with bombshell revelations about their past relationship.

The pair dated in the early 2000s and they split up after three years due to claims that Britney had cheated on Justin. However, in the book, Britney claimed that Justin had in fact cheated on her “several times” as well as including details about an abortion that she had with the former NSYNC star.

Now sources have told Mail Online that Justin is “unhappy” and “stressed” about the book but hasn’t reached out to the songstress as there is “nothing he can say to her”. The source also revealed that he and his wife Jessica Biel have struggled with the book, especially as the release date overshadowed their wedding anniversary.

In the book, the Toxic songstress claimed that she got an abortion whilst she was in a relationship with Justin because he “wasn’t ready to be a father.” The princess of pop wrote: “I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated.”

The star also claimed that she was “conflicted” but they both came to the difficult decision that aborting the child was the right move. However, in a bid to keep things private, she went into detail about “the excruciating pain” that she felt after the at-home abortion.

Britney wrote: “Soon I started having excruciating cramps, I went into the bathroom and stayed there for hours, lying on the floor sobbing and screaming.” She added that they still didn’t take her to the hospital.

Justin did sit with her but he thought that “maybe music would help” so he quietly strummed his guitar whilst she cried and sobbed. The pair ultimately went their separate ways in a heartbreaking split, which Britney detailed in the book.
