Oprah Winfrey has “snubbed” Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after going missing from the talk show host’s recent birthday celebrations – an expert has claimed.
Talk show titan Oprah recently partied with A-list celebs including Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez and Sharon Stone, but the former royals did not attend.
And royal expert Kara Kennedy has claimed that the “snub” shows that the “tide is turning” towards the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge amongst the Hollywood elite.

Many were surprised not to see Harry and Meghan at Oprah’s lavish birthday ‘do as the talk show icon interviewed the pair back in 2021 and attended their wedding in 2019.
However, it is unknown whether they received an invite, as they may have declined or had prior arrangements.
Kara thinks their absences indicate a bigger issue within the couple’s former inner circle.
She wrote in The Spectator: “On a more serious note, snubs like this show that the tide is turning with the Sussexes – and that the gamble that saw them trade in the lifelong duty of being working royalty for the money and fame of being celebrities hasn’t paid off.”
“It’s easy to see why Oprah wouldn’t want the pair at her birthday shindig after Harry’s latest revelations.”
Kara also said that Harry and Meghan’s “loud mouths” are also the cause of their downfall and are being used against them in regards to their Netflix series and Harry’s memoir Spare.
Royal expert Christopher Andersen also spoke on the matter and gave a statement regarding the couple’s absence to Fox News.
He branded Oprah “loyal” and claimed that “people are reading a lot more into this supposed snub than they should”.
Andersen then said that “his reading of the situation” means that Oprah and the couple “realise this is a very delicate moment” for the Sussexes as King Charles’ coronation approaches.
Christopher then said that appearing at “such a glitzy, high-profile event” filled with celebrities is “not what the Sussexes need right now”.
In fact, Andersen claimed that the pair’s attendance “would certainly rub King Charles the wrong way” and irritate the “already hostile British public”.
